Look for "Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours & Kona Snorkel Tours" WHITE VAN near the Outrigger Resort entrance, sometimes the van might be further up or down the road.

- Guests with heart and cardiovascular issues are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- If less than 8 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- People 13 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests must be below 275 lbs (125 kg) to participate in this activity.
- Hawaii Island & Ocean Tours may change the check-in time on rare occasions due to boat capacity not being met, weather conditions, sunrise & sunset changes throughout the year, etc. Please make sure your day is open and free within several hours of your check-in time if it must be moved. You must be available to move the check-in time. Please keep your form of communication on your cell phone available at all times throughout the day of your tour.
- Hawaii Island & Ocean Tours needs a minimum of 8 guests for the tour to operate.
In the rare event of not meeting the capacity, they will contact you to move you to a different time slot or day.
Other requirements
- Please arrive already with your swimming attire under the clothes. The public restroom closes early and there are no other changing rooms in the area.
- Big bags are not allowed, please avoid bringing unnecessary items.
- Everyone in the group must have basic swimming skills and be comfortable floating, snorkeling, and swimming in the ocean in the dark.
- Everyone in the group must be able to climb up a boat ladder to exit the water.
- Everyone in the group must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions and safety briefings.
