Please arrive an additional 15 minutes to allow time for parking/walking.
Check-in with a Trilogy Crew member in a blue shirt at the Trilogy sign on the beach walk next to the Sheraton Maui's beach lawn.
After the check-in, the crew will walk you to board the boat in front of the Outrigger Ka’anapali Resort where there is an ingress zone.
You will be loading from the beach, you can expect to get wet up to your knees when you board.
**NOTE** If at check-in, surf conditions are deemed dangerous, guests can expect to walk 10-15 minutes north on the beachwalk to a safer boarding area. The check-in location will not change.Parking information

For convenient parking, we recommend using the Sheraton parking structure, where Trilogy offers validation ($15 paid by guest after validation. Price is subject to change without notice).
