My husband and 2 boys had a great time on this trip and will definitely do it again!

My husband and I recently went on a 4-hour deep sea fishing trip with Aloha Blue. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the views of Maui from the water were incredible. The staff and crew were also very friendly, he... morelpful, and welcoming throughout the trip.

That said, I was disappointed with the amount of actual fishing time we received. A significant portion of the excursion was spent traveling between fishing locations. At each stop, we were often given only about five minutes to fish before being told to reel in and move to another spot in search of more bites. Over the course of a 4-hour trip, it felt like we only spent around 30 minutes actively fishing.

While we did catch a few fish, I felt the trip could have been planned more effectively. As experienced local guides who do this every day, I expected the crew to have a better idea of productive fishing locations and to allow guests more time to fish rather than constantly moving. For the price of the excursion, I don't feel we received enough actual fishing time to get our money's worth.

Overall, the staff and scenery were great, but the limited fishing time left us feeling disappointed with the experience.

Yoshi is an excellent tour guide. He took lots of care driving us up the mountain to reach the 10000 ft mark. Once there he took us to a special spot where we saw the beautiful sunset then he set up chairs with blankets ... moreand gloves for the cooler temperatures. We saw lots of stars and planets. He is very knowledgeable in relation to stargazing. Highly recommend taking this tour with him!

This was worth every penny. The staff are just outstanding and know the personalities and quirks of every single horse. They take their time to ensure people are matched with the right horse and give really great instruc... moretion before heading out. The trail was great and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. I loved every moment of this excursion and highly recommend.

We had an absolutely incredible experience on our recent stargazing tour with Yoshi. We brought 4 adults and 4 kids (5-8 years old) to the summit and everyone had a blast. You can never predict Mother Nature so while at ... morethe summit (which was very windy and cloudy), Yoshi made the decision to change stargazing locations to another spot a little lower on the mountain and his expertise was rewarded as we were able to watch a beautiful sunset and view the stars from our new spot. It was such a memorable experience for everyone, I would 100% recommend this activity to anyone visiting Maui.

We enjoyed a beautiful day out on the water! We didn't catch any fish but the crew was excellent and we had a great time!
