Parking information

There is parking available in front of the Maui Ocean Center for $1.00 and hour. There is also a parking lot in Maʻalaea Boat Harbor, which costs $0.50 an hour or $12.00 for 24 hours. Prices are subject to change.
If your parties include mobility challenged passengers, you can park in the handicapped spots just in front of the Ocean Store. One of the members of your party can check-in at the store and get further directions on driving to the boat.

- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children 7 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests must know how to swim to participate in this activity.
- Guests must know how to swim and be comfortable in the open ocean to enter the water and snorkel in this activity.
- Guests are not permitted to bring and use full face snorkel masks.
- Non-reef safe sunscreen is not permitted. It is imperative to read the ingredient list as the term "reef safe" is not regulated and is commonly used as a marketing device.
Sunscreen containing the following is not permitted: oxybenzone, octinoxate, avobenzone, avobenzine, homosalate, octisalate, octocrylene, and/or ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate.
Other requirements
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.

- Although it is normally quite warm in Hawaii, it can get chilly on the water, especially after swimming and snorkeling, and a light jacket, hoodie, or sweater is recommended.
