Outrigger Canoe Surfing Experience (30 - 45 mins)
Once you check in, the Waikiki Beachboys will go over paddling techniques and safety protocols before helping you board the outrigger canoe. You will all paddle out to a famous Waikiki surf break as a team, line up with the waves, and experience the thrill of surfing up to three waves together.

Go out the beach through the beach path between Cheesecake Factory and Outrigger Waikiki Hotel and look on your right when you reach to the beach and find the "Information" kiosk on the Royal Hawaiian Hotel's pool deck. You can also look for Purple Outrigger Canoes or Brown Umbrellas on the beach.

Q. Can I bring my own camera on the canoe ride?
A. For safety reasons, not encouraged and allowed to bring your own cameras out during canoe rides. Focus needs to be placed on staying safe while out in the surf and following the directions of the instructor/canoe captain. All canoe rides and beachboy valets will be photographed and these photos are available for purchase. Guests may view the photos at the desk after the activity.
