We just did a paddle boarding lesson with Eps. He was awesome and we spent a great time learning how to stand up and use the paddles properly. Eps was patient and gave us loads of info about the island he obviously loves. We saw loads of turtles, a baby shark and loads of fish. We will definitely try paddle boarding again.

Q. Are you required to wear a life jacket?
A. The use of life jackets are not required while SUPing, but life jackets are available on site and you are more than welcome to use one free of charge.
Q. Do I need to be able to swim to participate?
A. Yes, all participants are required to be able to swim for their own safety.
Q. How big are the surfboards?
A. Stand up paddle boards vary in size and are assigned based on the weight and height of the participant. The average size for beginners is in the 12 foot range.
Q. Will there be time to SUP on our own after our lesson?
A. The price listed is for the lesson only. If you want to SUP after your lesson, you will just need to pay a rental fee for the additional time you would like to use the SUP board.
