From Lahaina / Kaanapali: Head south on Highway 30 (Honoapiilani Higway). When you pass Olowalu General Store on your left (820 Olowalu Village Road, Lahaina, HI 96761), travel 1/2 mile and look for one of the South Pacific Kayak & Outfitters trucks or vans parked on the street side.
From Kahului / Kihei / Wailea / Makena: Head north on S. Kihei Road. Turn left onto State Highway 31 / Piilani Highway. Continue onto N. Kihei Road, then make a left onto HI-30 W / Honoapiilani Hwy. Once you see mile marker 14 on your right, travel 1/2 mile and look for one of the South Pacific Kayak & Outfitters trucks or vans parked on the street side.

Location, direction and description

From Lahaina / Kaanapali: Head east on Honoapiilani Road (HI-30) toward Maʻalaea. Look for mile marker 11 on the right side of the road and turn into Pāpalaua Beach Park. Check in with your guide at the South Pacific Kayaks van or truck.
From Kihei / Wailea / Makena: Head north on N Kihei Road and continue onto Honoapiilani Highway (HI-30) toward Lahaina. After passing mile marker 10, turn left into Pāpalaua Beach Park just before mile marker 11. Look for the South Pacific Kayaks van or truck for check-in.

Q. What if the kayak flips over?
A. "Sit On Top" kayaks are provided, so if the kayak flips over, you will fall out which makes it safer than kayaks that have a cockpit.
Q. Do I need to be able to swim to participate?
A. Although it is highly recommended, you will be wearing a life jacket, so you will be safe!
Q. How many people are there in a tour group?
A. There is a maximum group size of up to ten (10) people.
