Q. Will there be a safe place to store my belongings during the tour?
A. Yes, there are lockers available free of charge that are large enough to hold a few handbags. The key is kept by the staff at the base while you enjoy your flight.
Q. Is giving a tip (gratuity) required?
A. Gratuity is never required, but if you enjoyed your experience a tip is always greatly appreciated!
Q. How far in advance should I book this activity?
A. We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. If you have very specific schedule requirements and are not flexible, please book sooner. Last-minute bookings are often possible, but availability is limited.
Q. What kind of helicopter will be used?
A. The Hughes 500 is a 4-passenger aircraft offering a more personalized flight. Because there are only four seats, all passengers are able to sit near a window. Known as the "Magnum P.I." helicopter, its quick maneuverability and smooth ride produces an exciting helicopter experience.

- Wheelchair Accessibility: Guests can participate in the helicopter flight if they are able to board the aircraft on their own or have members of their party available to offer assistance. - When flying with the doors off, only one child will be allowed on the helicopter at a time. For safety reasons, children must be seated in the center of the helicopter, away from the open doors.
