Our family of 5 had a great experience with the staff. We were running late because of a parade shutting roads down and we communicated with them effortlessly about the delay. They were so accommodating and understanding... more - we didn’t arrive until after the boat had left but they shuttled us out on another boat so we didn’t miss the experience. Once there we were able to snorkel and enjoy the water and views while we waited for our turn with the scooters. Thank you for allowing us to have a great experience with unforgettable photos, it could have ended in disaster but they gave us the time of our life!!

We had a great time on our snorkeling trip to Lanai. Great crew, beautiful day, lots of dolphins, great snorkel spot - some of clearest water we have ever snorkeled in. Thanks!
