Fines will be issued and equipment confiscated for those landing who are not part of a permitted guided kayak tour or have not obtained an individual permit from the State Parks website.

Q. Are you required to wear a life jacket?
A. You are required to wear a life jacket while in the Kayak. It is recommended that you wear it while you are snorkeling, but it will not be required for snorkeling unless you are unable to swim.
Q. Do I need to be able to swim to participate?
A. You do not need to know how to swim. If you don't know how to swim you will be required to keep your life jacket on for the whole trip.
Q. How many people are there in a tour group?
A. This adventure is limited to a maximum group size of 12 people.
Q. What if the kayak flips over?
A. Your guide will give you proper instructions on how to right your Kayak, if you are having difficulties, physical assistance will be given.
