Guests who weigh 280lbs or more will be charged the cost of an additional seat.
Infants and toddlers 23 months & under can sit on the lap of an adult at no additional charge.

Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
Guests are required to arrive 60 minutes before their flight's departure time.
In compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Rainbow Helicopters will discreetly weigh each guest, along with any hand-carried items, during check-in to ensure the safety and weight balance of the aircraft. Accurate body weights must be provided for all passengers. Misrepresentation of body weight may result in denial of service without a refund.
