Any cancellations made after 00:00 Japan Standard Time,3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Please make sure to install the Zoom app on your mobile or desktop device before your lesson. You will also be able to join through a web browser. The URL for the Zoom meeting room will be sent to you by e-mail once your booking is confirmed.

1. Computer, smartphone, or tablet
2. Internet connection speed of 1.5 Mbps or higher - It is highly recommended that you have matcha, tea whisk, bamboo tea spoon, tea bowl, and hot water. These items can be purchased online from Amazon, and a variety of other retailers.
Other requirements
- Join the Zoom meeting room with your microphone turned on.
- You will need to log into the Zoom meeting room 10 minutes prior to the scheduled lesson time to avoid loss of time due to system troubleshooting.
Additional notes
- Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend the online lesson due to internet connectivity or similar issues.
