We spent an entire day here. It was far too hot. It would have been much more enjoyable if It had been cooler.
The place itself is well laid out but it's a tourist trap.

Richard was our bus driver and although he wa... morented to give us as much information as he could, he repeated himself on several topics....I felt like saying to him that it's ok to be quiet on parts of the journey.

I have to say this is a must , had such much fun. The views weee incredible. I’ll definitely bring going back to kualoa ranch

Private table is not Private at all, you have about 2ft at the most between tables. Service was slow we were told by the server he was covering our area due to another employee not showing up. It took a while to get drin... moreks or water refilled. They don't have condiments available for your meal. It was very warm during dinner and the sun was blinding. Take sunglasses. The top deck was a great area to get some air. There was a large amount of guest and I thought they do a pretty good job handling the amount of people on board but it may be too many for the guest to have a truly great experience

Exceeded expectations ! Ask for Nui as a guide . He was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable . We didn’t want the tour to end ! Everything is well maintained and respectful of nature. The scenery is breathtaking . We wil... morel be doing this private tour again on our next visit !

This was a first for me and my husband and we were unfamiliar with the area. The instructions on where to meet could have been a little clearer. We were a little late due to that but the photographer was very understandi... moreng. Robert was very professional and willing to take any shots we wanted. He also recommended several poses for us and didn’t rush us at all. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I’m glad we were able to book it. Can’t wait to see the results!

This was an amazing adventure for us. Something we would absolutely do again. I would recommend this company over and over again. I love the fact they are natives and a small family owed business . Always support local ... morewhen I can, over big corporate companies. In doing my research, there is no difference between cage or cage less. The water was beautiful, clear and relatively calm.
