How does it work?

Once you check-in, ride in the four-wheel with a certified guide, and listen as your own island expert tells you about Hawaiian and Kauai history, culture, and the area's flora and fauna as you drive along to the zipline departure location. Before strapping in for your first zipline, you will receive instructions and a safety briefing before taking off on an epic journey over tropical forests, valleys, and streams.

Local expert tips

• Guests wearing glasses or sunglasses must bring a secured strap to keep their glasses on their person.
• Leave any large personal items and bags in the hotel room or in your car since there are no lockers available. Small items like keys, phones, wallet, etc. can be brought with you and stored in a small zippered bag that will be provided.
• Large cameras are not allowed on the zipline for your safety, and but GoPros and other small adventure-minded cameras are allowed. If you don't have a GoPro, not to worry since you can rent one at the time of check-in!
• What to wear: For your comfort, it is recommended that guests wear shorts or pants paired with a t-shirt. Also, since safety is a priority, it is mandatory to wear fully-enclosed shoes with both toe and heel coverage, like athletic or hiking shoes. The shoes should be snugly fit, and open-toe options like water shoes, Teva, Keen-type sandals with open sections, or 5-finger shoes are not permitted.
• Kauai is one of the wettest places on earth, and be sure to keep that in mind since this tour goes out rain or shine.

How to get there?

The check-in is located within the Poipu Shopping Village, and there is plenty of parking available. Guests staying in Lihue and Poipu, or coming from a cruise ship in Nawiliwili Boat Harbor can plan on a 15 minute drive. Guests staying up north in the Princeville and Hanalei areas should plan on up to an hour drive time.
