From North (Princeville) or East (Kapaa & Wailua) Kauai: Head south towards Lihue on Highway 56. Hw 56 runs into Hwy 50 and continue on through the town of Puhi. Turk left at the 3 Mile Marker (Kipu Sign). Go 1/4 mile and take the first right onto Kipu Road, cross over a small bridge and follow the road to the top. Take a right at the "Kipu Ranch" sign and pull into the first driveway.
From South (Poipu or Koloa) or West (Waimea) Kauai: Head east towards Lihue on Highway 50. Turn right after the Kauai Humane Society on the "Lihue Alternate" Road. Go 1/4 mile and take your first right on Kipu Road, cross over a small bridge and follow the road to the top. Take a right at the "Kipu Ranch" sign and pull into the first driveway.
Parking is free. Do not go past the pine trees or monument after entering the Kipu Ranch parking area.

A. Yes. In order to operate one of the vehicles, a guest must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid driver's license.
Q. Will I get dirty on this tour?
A. Yes, you will be going to fairly muddy areas, so please wear clothing and shoes that you do not mind getting dirty.
