- This tour is available only to guests arriving at Hilo Harbor via Cruise Ship.
- The tour is ADA accessible, and due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the activity date.
- For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs (226.5kg). and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches (73.5 cm)
- Due to the risks of high altitude at 9,200 feet, this tour is not suitable for guests with heart or respiratory conditions, pregnant individuals, or anyone who has engaged in scuba diving within the past 24 hours. These restrictions are for the safety of all participants.
- This tour does not go to the summit of Maunakea.
