- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.

- Guests must be below 260 lbs (118 kg) to participate in this activity.
- Guests should not have serious fear of heights (acrophobia).
- Participants must be physically able to hike 2.5 miles (4 km) over uneven terrain in hot conditions.
- Guests under 12 years old must zipline with a participating adult.
- Children must weigh at least 40 lbs (18 kg) to participate. Children weighing between 40 and 69 lbs (18 to 31 kg) must be booked as a Tandem Child. They will ride lines 1 to 4 solo, and lines 5 to 7 with a guide.
- Children of any age may participate as long as they meet the activity’s weight requirements.
- The weight requirement is strictly enforced. Guests who provide an inaccurate body weight will be denied service without a refund.

- Participants will be weighed upon check-in.
- Guests must arrive for their pick-up on time. Tours operate on a strict schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
- A legal guardian must sign a waiver for all participants under 18 years old.

Q. How safe are the ziplines?
A. All ziplines have have been built to meet or exceed standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and the American Society for Material and Testing (ASTM). The zipline course was inspected and certified by qualified inspectors prior to opening. Ongoing inspections by quality inspectors are conducted annually, and prior to the opening of additional lines.
Q. What meals are provided on the tour?
A. For lunch, you'll enjoy a picnic-style lunch at a waterfall, having a bento that includes teriyaki chicken, fish, sauteed vegetables, and steamed rice.
After sunset you'll be treated to a sit-down dinner at the famous Crater Rim cafe, overlooking the glow of Halemaumau Crater!
