Begin your evening with a welcome photo session as you arrive. Take advantage of the oceanfront setting and capture early memories before the program begins. This is a great time to settle in, enjoy the atmosphere, and get photos in the natural light before sunset.
Doors Open
Watch the traditional imu ceremony as the kalua pig is carefully uncovered from an underground oven. This time-honored Hawaiian cooking method offers insight into local traditions and sets the stage for the meal that follows later in the evening.
Enjoy a buffet dinner featuring a variety of island-inspired dishes and local favorites. Take your time sampling different flavors while relaxing in the open-air setting, with live music creating a laid-back atmosphere as the evening continues.
The Royal Court presentation introduces elements of Hawaiian history through a ceremonial procession. Performers in traditional attire share stories of aliʻi and cultural heritage, offering a meaningful glimpse into the islands’ past.
The evening entertainment brings together Polynesian dance, music, and storytelling from across the Pacific. The performance builds in energy and concludes with a fire knife dance, adding a dramatic and memorable finale to the night.
