Pick-up from Kona & Waikoloa
After approximately a 1.5 to 2 hour drive from Kona & Waikoloa, arrive at the famous Punaluu Bake Shop, the most southern bakery in the United States! Well known for their malasadas, or deep fried Portuguese donut, you will enjoy this tasty treat with some freshly brewed tea or hot Hawaiian coffee.
Located on the southeastern coast of the Big Island, Punaluu Black Sand Beach is one of the most famous black sand beaches in Hawaii, and home to many Hawaiian green sea turtles who enjoy relaxing and resting on the scenic shore. This picture perfect location is some of the most scenic in Hawaii.
From the Chain of Craters Road to ancient lava tubes and vast Hawaiian petroglyphs, your local expert guide will customize your visit to suit your group's interests and physical ability. There are short nature walks and longer intensive hikes that will take you to the hidden areas of the park.
