Definately wear dark clothing since all that red dirt will be EVERYWHERE!!
This excursion was good fun for even us 66-70 year olds gals. Loved Sophia our leader with her historic references and information. The tubing had both relaxed but quick moving parts along with tunnels where it’s a bit like twirling bumper cars. Lots of laughing along the way. Depth is approximately 3-4 feet deep. The guides stayed with us and quickly fixed any bottle neck problems. Will do this again next with my husband and daughter.
Recommend wearing long sleeve “rash” guard type water shirt and swim shorts for comfort.
It was a nice way to experience the Wailau River. The crew was great and entertaining.
We had a wonderful experience with our adult children on this tubing adventure and are planning a second trip with some friends. It's an easy and enjoyable experience that's different from other tubing adventures. We highly recommend it.

Perfect weather and a great crew led by Seth make it a very fun, unique experience on Kauai. The water had spins and sloshes as we cascaded down the mountain. The tunnels and the history was interesting.

My husband and I did this tour last week for our honeymoon and had an incredible time. Our hosts were Jason, Caden and Zara (aka Jason, Jason, and Jason lol) and they were all excellent. They definitely deserve raises! :) We were highly impressed by how well structured the tour was, from the very beginning and how safety was their top priority (my husband is a safety manager and took notice). We can't wait to return in the future!

We had a great time kayaking down the river, and then a brief ocean kayak before snorkeling on the beach.

This was my first time but the host was an absolute doll while kayaking she was giving us a bit of history of certain things, she was very informative very helpful and wonderful all together. If I come back and do this again I would definitely choose them to have her and her amazing personality. Thank you for showing us a good time.

A very fun adventure. Beautiful kayak trip on the Wailua River. The river was very calm and both ways were fairly easy to traverse. A little bit of wind on the way back made it a tiny bit more difficult but not much. The hike was fun. The last part gets a bit technical due to large wet rocks and such and being a bit older slowed us down some especially on the way back. Our guide, Harrison, was fantastic and helped us through the short area that was really difficult. The falls are majestic and I feel so lucky to have been there. It was a great day!
You will be very wet. Bring extra clothes.
The grounds are always fun to walk around and see, lots of nice photos areas to take with family members or loved ones. The Smith family is very welcoming and inviting. They give you lots of background information about the traditional ways of life. The food is all so delicious 😋. Always enjoy going there and would go back for sure. Thank you so very much ❤️.

We secured our summer spots for this excursion way ahead, and so glad we did as it booked out quick, and was definitely our favorite excursion done on Kauai!
Unique and refreshing experience like no other that I have experienced!
The snorkeling stop was refreshing- the water was a bit choppy but still plenty of marine life to see, including the friendly dolphins!!
Crew on this boat was friendl and knowledgeable sharing fun facts about the coastline and Hawaiian history throughout the tour.
The tunnels were the best part with some being completely pitch dark with headlamps doing the work!
Matt and Nan were excellent guides. They were personable and entertaining. 5 stars.
