Check-in at Hilton Harden Inn's Luau Grounds

Watch an authentic imu ceremony as the underground oven is uncovered to reveal the slow-cooked kalua pork. This ceremony is especially meaningful at Wailua Nui, held in one of Kauai’s most sacred regions, and offers guests an understanding of the cultural traditions that guide the evening’s feast.
Savor a generous island buffet with kalua pork, Huli Huli chicken, fresh island catch, Molokai sweet potatoes, salads, desserts, and a prime rib carving station. The dinner features local favorites and classic Hawaiian dishes that highlight Kauai’s food traditions.
Settle in for an exciting Polynesian show featuring fire knife dancing, live Hawaiian music, and hula that brings to life the stories of Kauai’s sacred places and cherished legends. Skilled performers share the island’s history through movement, rhythm, and vibrant cultural expression.
