I would recommend this adventure for anyone who is a first time or experienced rider. The horses are well trained and the guides were awesome. Even the light rain didn’t dampen the experience. What a great time.

Safety Briefing and Orientation (15 mins)
Ride to the waterfalls (40 mins)
Saddle up and ride! After getting proper safety instructions and tips for first-time riders, you'll get on a horse and ride the trail to the waterfall!
Waterfall Swim (45 mins)
At the end of the horseback trail, there will be a very short hike down to the base of the waterfall, where you can swim in the refreshing pool!
Horseback Ride (40 mins)
After your swim, you'll get back on your horse and ride through grassy pastures and ocean views on your way back to the barn.

From Hilo: Pass the Botanical World Adventures, drive pass a small bridge, pass the Rainforest trail sign and turn left at the second big gate drive up that driveway, we are the driveway before the Umauma Falls Experience Zipline & Rappel sign.
From Kona, Waikoloa Area: Drive pass the Umauma Falls Experience Zipline & Rappel, we are at the next right, drive up the first big gate on the right it will take you a minute to reach the stable from the gate.

Parking is in front of Wailea barn, and parking is free.
