Jurassic Valley Oahu

This was a fabulous tour. Johnny and Keely were great guides. This was a ton of fun, but be warned, you will get dirty and quite possibly a little wet. Highly recommend this activity.

I initially wanted to book this my first time in Hawaii back in 2021 but it was sold out. I decided to pre book before my trip this year. I am so glad I did. Me and my boyfriend had the best time. The views and history a... morere just incredible. Our tour guides knew so much history and we were so amazed. The UTV was so much fun. You should DEFINITELY bring something to cover your face or you will be eating a lot of dirt. I would totally book this tour again. Totally worth it!

The pickup at the hotel was painless. The trip there was good. When we arrived we were greeted and they made sure we knew where to do, and answered all of our silly questions. The people at the ranch were awesome. Rachea... morel our tour driver was awesome. She was funny, entertaining, and she knew all kind of fun movie location info. We watched 50 First Dates when we got back to the hotel and got to see a lot of the locations used. We did the bus tour and the cruise with the buffet. The food was great, and they honestly didn't care how much you ate. They had cookies and lemon bars for a quick dessert. Their on site restaurant had amazing looking burgers, will need to try if we ever go back. We also tried to the local chocolate bars with coffee beans and the banana bread. It was a bit pricey but we devoured all of it. The ride back to hotel was comfortable. Using Veltra was an awesome way to do the trip, to have nothing to worry about except where to show up, was excellent. We even used them to book our Luao after our trip because of how well they took care of us.

The staff was super nice and informative. I had a good time with my horse Kirk and my fiance was riding Frodo. Absolutely gorgeous views that was easy to take in because the horses are very smart and know the route alrea... moredy.

Our tour was impacted by the recent rain and it was reduced from two hours to one hour. I emailed the night before to confirm that the tour was still on and they said it was, but to call and confirm the morning of. I cal... moreled before we left our hotel and they said that the tour was still on. We picked-up our tickets from the ticket office without issue. However, we were told by the horse stable that the tour would only be one hour long instead of two hours due to trail conditions. I wish somebody told us before we arrived at the stable so that we could try to find another tour, or that they would compensate us for the reduced tour (partial refund, coupon for future tour or rebooked on another tour). The tour guide was great and did their best given the circumstances. Everyone at the stable was welcoming and helpful. When checking-in at the stable, we were told that we could not bring a small backpack on the tour and advised to store them in a locker or leave at the car. This also would have been good to know ahead of time. We understand that there’s nothing that could be done about the weather and we look forward to visiting again.

It was a great experience. The guides were amazing and so much fun!
