Reviewed by: mio, 2017/09/08今回は夫婦でドルフィンエンカウンターに参加しました。参加時間までショーをみたり鳥がたくさんいる小屋に入って遊んだり退屈しなかったです。日本語で注意点を説明してくれる人もいて安心しました。料金の割にはイルカと触れる時間が短いと感じましたがそこはイルカの状態に合わせシーライフパークの方が決めたことなので仕方ないと思います。ツアーの内容はとても良かったです！日本ではなかなかできないことをできて満足です

カハラホテル＆リゾート ドルフィン・クエスト イルカとの触れ合い体験プログラム！
子供連れの方には最高だと思います。

長年夢見てきたドルフィンスイムが叶い感無量です。
日本国内でよくあるイルカに触れる程度ではない本当の触れ合いが楽しめました。
我々はカップルでの参加でしたが、同じグループの親子も楽しんで居られた様です。
あえてマイナスポイントを書くとしたら、
水の汚れがやや気になりました。イルカの排泄物だから仕方ないかもしれませんが・・・
生け簀ではないラグーンなので浄化が難しいのかな？
あと、少し料金が高すぎな気もします。
カハラにお泊りの方には絶対おすすめだと思います。

子供料金が大人と同じなのは、すごく高く感じました。
ショーは日本のを見ている人には、とても芸が低いです。
触っているのを写真が撮れないのも残念です。
楽しかったのは、鳥と遊べるところです。

某水族館でもイルカタッチやイルカにチューはできるかと思われますが、イルカと一緒に泳いだり、イルカに長い時間タッチさせてもらうなど、ここでしかできない体験が待っています。
ただイルカタッチが終わったあとの待ち時間が長く待たされました。

Reviewed by: 守りやん, 2017/08/27レストランがあまりにも貧弱でがっかりでした。さかも、そこ一軒しかなく選択の余地なし。もう少し日本人相手にツアーを組むなら食事を良くしておかないと、ツアー客は逃げて行くと思いました。自分は、あそこは二度と行かないと思います。

対応に問題。
Reviewed by: まめたん, 2017/08/22朝の迎えが申し込み時に指定したバス停ではなく、離れたバス停に指定された。宿泊したホテルの目の前がバス停だったのに歩いて指定されたバス停で待った。
しかし集合時間になっても名前を呼ばれず、不安になり近くの人に聞くと「ここです」と言われ名前をいうと確認書を見て電話をしていた。どうやらそちらで間違えたらしくガイドに「バス停が違うがこのバスに乗って」と言われ行くことができたが、もし聞かなかったらおいてかれてしまったのかと思うと腹立たしい。バスやガイドに「ベルトラ」と書いてあるものが一切なく、とてもわかりづらいのではないか。その後、滞在中も帰国後もお詫びのメールもなく、いきなり体験談投稿のメールがきた。ツアーの内容は問題なかったが、もうこの会社は利用しない。

The staff were friendly and great! They did the 1 dolphin swim. There were 2 other groups in the pool area with them and we got to see the 2 dolphin swim. That looked fun! I told the girls they should do that next time. Just an fyi- we bought the bystander ticket for around $50. A friend of mine, last minute wanted to watch and bought his ticket there. He bought it there for $20...

Mediocre dolphin snorkel

We were also required to wear life vests, which is unusual compared to most other excursions we've been on.
Ate lunch at 3:00 and off the boat.
Not the "speed raft" adrenaline adventure we were hoping for.

楽しかったです

初めてのイルカさんにタッチでしたがすごくスベスベで気持ちよく、待ち時間もショーを間近で見ているかのようにボールで遊んだり飛んだりしてるところを見られて得した気分を味わえました。
キスと握手だけでなく、最後にはイルカさんに尾びれで水をぶっかけられて楽しいですよ(笑)
トレーナーの方は英語オンリーだったので何言ってるのか全く分かりませんでしたが何とかなりました(笑)
それ以外は帰りのバスまでちょっと時間が長く待ちくたびれてしまいましたが、楽しい時間を過ごせました。

乗るコースです。説明を受けたり、実際にイルカと遊んだりして、賞味一時間の体験でした。アトラクション後の着替えを含めると一時間半はかかると思ってください。
日本人スタッフの方がいて、事前に何時にどこに集合とか、アトラクションでの注意事項とか
ある程度説明してくれます。アトラクション自体のインストラクターは、日本語はほぼ話せません。（ただ事前説明のおかげで困ることはないです）
このコースはイルカの背びれにつかまって数メートル、イルカが腹ばいになって、両ひれに
つかまって数メートルイルカに引っ張ってもらいます。
そのほかイルカのおなかを触ったり、キスしたりします。
子供も大喜びでした。
シーライフパーク自体は狭いので、半日もあれば十分だと思います。
アトラクションがないと、送迎時間まで退屈してしまうかも知れません。

キッズアクアティックアドベンチャーに参加
Reviewed by: タムタム, 2017/07/24当初の日程詳細では『シュノーケリングと体験学習、ハワイのサンゴ礁に住む魚たちを見ることができます！』とありましたが、シュノーケリングについては全くありませんでした。
私はシュノーケリングも教えてもらってサンゴ礁や魚を見たりしてからイルカと遊べるとのかと思っていたので、値段が高かっただけにがっかりしました。
しかし説明してくれた担当のトレーナーさんはとても良い方で楽しく説明してくれました。
私たちが行った事の詳細は。
まずトレーナーさんからイルカと遊ぶための注意点、イルカの特徴などの説明を受け、その後浜辺へ行き浜辺でウミガメの産卵について学びました。
そして海の哺乳類の種類について教えていただき、施設内にいるウミガメへレタスを餌付け。
そしてイルカを触ったり、キスしたり餌付けしたりできました。
イルカと遊べるという事だけなら満足ですが、シュノーケリングもあるものかと思っていたので、この内容なら日程詳細にシュノーケリングの記載はしない方がいいかと思います。

The use of a snorkel mask is optional for our guests during any program that includes deep water swimming with the dolphins. The Kid's Aquatic Adventure only takes place in shallow water, so no snorkel equipment is used. We apologize for any confusion with the different program options. ３歳５歳の子供も
Reviewed by: はるか, 2017/07/05イルカと同じプールに入水して、イルカに直に触れられるアクティビティです。３歳の子は怖がってしまい、抱っこしながらでしたがイルカに触って、ほっぺにキスもできました。５歳の子は平気です。写真を後で購入するのですが、子供の写真だけで十分！と思っていたら、まさかのパパが見たことないくらいの笑顔でイルカとキスをしていたので、写真買ってしまいました（笑）イルカのプール後も十分時間があるので、園内ゆっくりみてまわれます。魚にレタスをあげられるコーナーに子供がハマっていました。

残念！！
Reviewed by: s.a, 2017/07/05夫婦で参加しました。泳げない妻を説得し、有料オプションのシャーク・トレックというサメの泳ぐ5.2ｍのプールへ入っていくことに挑戦しするための参加でした。しかし、最悪にも参加日がケイキ・デ―というハワイの子供の日で、色々なアトラクションが中止で挑戦することが出来ませんでした。唯一、予約に入っていたプールの外からイルカを触るアトラクションに参加できただけでした。パークとしては小さくアトラクションも少ないので、あとは、フードコートで昼食と昼寝しかしませんでした。予約ページの中にアトラクションは何が出来て、出来ないものは何かをはっきりと表示して欲しかった。ハワイでの無駄で悪い思い出となった1日でした。

Dolphin Quest Oahu - Family-Friendly Dolphin Swim Experiences at Kahala Hotel
A fun & educational experience
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2017/06/19I've never been close to a dolphin before, so actually being able to touch one was a new experience for me (they're softer than I expected).
The trainer that was with me was Christian, and he was exceedingly helpful and reassuring, adding various facts about dolphins and marine life throughout the encounter. Kolohe, the dolphin I met, was very friendly and well-behaved.
I think this is a great experience, especially for kids or others who don't know a lot about dolphins and marine life.

見どころドルフィンのショウ！
Reviewed by: ロングボウ, 2017/05/20夫婦ふたりきりでシーライフパークへ行ってきました。妻はドルフィンアロハ（イルカの餌付けとタッチ）に申し込みし私は見学のみで参加しました。餌付けしているところを見れるのかと思っていましたが、屋内のプールで行うので見学者は入れなく見る事はできませんでした。
園内ではいろいろなショウをやっていましたが、中でも屋外でのドルフィンショウが迫力があり見どころでした。

3歳の子どもも「まだ帰らない！」と言うくらい楽しそうでした。
イルカとも遊べるかかなり不安でしたが、自らやりたいと言って、イルカとキスもしていました。
もう少し遊びたかったですね。

とても楽しそうでした(^^) イルカとの触れ合い、撮影、日本語でのイルカの触り方の説明、と集中して楽しむ様子の娘を初めてみました！とても良い経験ができたと思います！
ただ、見学者のところは屋根もなく暑い！1歳の娘と私は1時間ほど暑さに耐えながらでした。屋根があればいいのになぁ…と何度も思いました。
イルカとの触れ合い以外にもしっかりと園内を回る時間もあり、小さな水族館ですのですぐに回れ2時半集合でも十分でした！
ツアー外ですが、餌やりのところでウミガメの赤ちゃんにも触れました！（無料）

Had a time of my life!
Reviewed by: Margarita, 2017/05/15I have always wanted to see dolphins out in the wild and swim with them in the open ocean. I have heard of the tours where travellers are offered to swim with dolphins in the pool, but this is a completely different experience. We have travelled to several snorkelling spots before our speed boat started to make its way to a place where Hawaiian spinner dolphins are usually resting. Our captain was funny and enthusiastic, he also had a cute dog called Kiki – everyone on the boat just fell in love with her! After we spotted a group of dolphins we observed them from the boat for about 20 minutes and then decided to jump in the water. Our captain knew exactly what needs to be done in order to get the best experience possible. He told us to stay calm and jump quietly in the water and wait for the dolphins to approach us. Emotions I felt that day are hard to describe, I was crying from happiness, laughing and was completely overwhelmed with the beauty of these magical creatures. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone who is visiting Oahu and looking to have a memorable experience and fun.
