You can pass the waiting time by interacting with various creatures like turtles and birds.

The dolphin swim experience allows for more interaction with the dolphins than you might expect. You can learn a lot about their ecology (it's in English, but they use gestures to make it easy to understand), and you get to hold onto their fins and swim together, play with them, and have a level of interaction that is quite rare in Japan. It was a very valuable experience. The atmosphere was very homey, with participants from overseas and trainers cheering each swimmer with "good job!" and applause.

待ち時間は亀や鳥等いろんな生き物で時間をつぶせます。

ドルフィンスイムは思っているよりがっつりとイルカと触れ合うことが出来ます。
生態について沢山勉強ができますし(英語ですがジェスチャーとかわかりやすくしてくれます)、ヒレに掴まって一緒に泳いだり、一緒に遊んだり、日本ではなかなか体験できないほど触れ合うことが出来てとても貴重な経験でした。
海外の参加の方々もトレーナーさんも、一人一人泳ぐたびに『goodjob！』と拍手で褒めるアットホームな雰囲気でした！

I heard that you can swim with dolphins over 90% of the time, but on the day I participated, I could see the dolphins but couldn't swim with them, which was a bit disappointing. Since it's nature, I understand, but I was really looking forward to it... The tour company staff worked hard to find them, but sometimes these things happen.

Also, I participated in the second trip, but the meal was just one spam rice ball and a drink. I was really hungry on the way back. I hope they can improve the meals a bit.

９０％以上でイルカと泳げるらしいのですが、私が参加した日はイルカは見えましたが、イルカとは泳げず少しがっかり。自然相手なので仕方ないですが、楽しみにしていだけに。。。。ツアー会社の方も一生懸命探してくれましたが、こんな日もあります。
それから2便での参加だったのですが、食事がスパム系のおにぎり1個と飲み物だけ。帰りのバスは腹ペコで困りました。食事はもう少し改善して欲しいと思いました。

Swimming with dolphins was so much fun!! The crew was very cheerful and enjoyable too!! The sky and the sea were both a deep blue and very beautiful!!

I had been wanting to interact with dolphins for a long time, so I signed up for this experience. Since it was a popular optional tour, I couldn't participate at my preferred time, but I managed to change the timing of my next scheduled optional tour and join this one. Changing my plans was definitely the right decision! It was so much fun! I also got to touch turtles and see penguins up close, which are experiences I can't have in Japan.

前々からイルカに触れ合いと思ってて、今回申し込みしました。やはり、人気のオプショナルツアーだったので、希望する時間帯では参加出来ず、次の予定のオプショナルツアー参加時間を変更して何とか参加出来ました。でも、変更して大正解❗とても、楽しかったです‼️他に亀にも触れたり、ペンギンも間近で見られたりと日本では体験出来ない事が出来ました。

In the end, I was able to see both dolphins and turtles! It was a valuable experience! The captain worked hard to find three spots: the dolphin point, the turtle point, and the snorkeling point. However, we went quite far offshore, so I got really seasick. They provided spam onigiri, snacks, and juice, but I couldn't enjoy the light meal (I took it home). The crew members were trustworthy, and I relied on them despite feeling seasick.

For those who will participate in the future, I recommend preparing motion sickness medication and getting to bed early the night before to adjust your condition. Also, your belongings can get quite wet from the splashes on the boat. It was pretty cold during the transfer between points. I rented a wetsuit for $10. I wonder if the tightness of the wetsuit made my seasickness worse, but those who didn't wear one got stung by jellyfish, so it's a tough call.

I purchased photos from the accompanying photographer for $50. We didn't have many pictures of ourselves swimming; most were of the dolphins and some from the boat. The camera quality wasn't very good, but since I wasn't confident in my swimming and didn't have the luxury to take underwater shots, I consider it a memory price.

On the way back, I learned about Turtle University, and if I ever come back to Hawaii, I would like to join another tour!

結果的にイルカも亀も見れました！貴重な経験です！
イルカのポイント→亀のポイント→シュノーケリングのポイント、3箇所目指してキャプテンが頑張って探してくれます。
しかしけっこう沖合まで出るので船酔いがひどく、、スパムおにぎりやスナック菓子、ジュース、たくさん出してくれましたが軽食は楽しめませんでした。（持ち帰りました）
クルー達も信頼できる方たちで、船酔いのなか頼りにしていました。
これから参加される方は酔い止めを用意とあとは前日早めに就寝して体調を整えるほうがいいかと(^_^;)
あと持ち物は船の中でも波しぶきでけっこう濡れてしまいます。各ポイントに移動中に風が結構寒かったです。$10でウェットスーツを借りました。ウェットスーツの締付けにより船酔いが加速したのかも…とも思いますが着てない方はくらげに刺されてましたので…うーんという感じですね。
$50で同行カメラマンの写真を購入しました。あまり泳いでる自分たちの写真はなく、イルカの姿、あとは船上の写真でした。あまりカメラの画質がよくありませんでしたが、泳ぎに自信もなく水中で撮る余裕はもちろんないので思い出価格ですね。
帰りにカメ大学というのもあると知り、いつかまたハワイに来れたら別のツアーに参加したいです(^^)

I was able to see dolphins up close, which was truly a wonderful experience. Additionally, I encountered not only dolphins but also sea turtles, making it one of my great memories of Hawaii. It was an activity that I would love to participate in again.

すごく近くでイルカが観ることができて本当に良い経験ができました。
また、イルカだけでなく、ウミガメにも遭遇することができ、ハワイの良い思い出の一つになりました。
また、参加したいと思えるアクティビティでした。

In conclusion, it was an incredibly enjoyable experience!!!
We got to touch dolphins and feed them...
It was a unique experience that we usually can't have, and it seems my child had fun.
The adults who participated together also enjoyed it!
The instructor spoke a little Japanese, which I think made it easier to understand.
Since we booked for two families, it was a great deal to be able to split the photos after the activity, haha. On the other hand, I wanted to film some videos, but once you participate, that's not possible...
Next time, I strongly want to let my child join a longer plan. And for my child to enjoy that, English skills are absolutely necessary. This was a day where I vowed to encourage my child to study English, using this activity as motivation, haha.

普段できない体験ができて、子供も楽しめたようです。
一緒に参加した大人も楽しかった！
インストラクターは少し日本語も話してくれて、わかりやすかったと思います。
1予約2家族で参加したので、参加後の写真を折半して購入できたのはお得でした　笑　　逆に、動画を撮ってあげたいなぁ、と思ってたけど参加しちゃうとそれが叶わないのは仕方なし。。。　
次回は子供だけでもっと長い時間のプランに参加させてあげたいと強く思いました。　そして、それを子供が楽しむためには英語力が絶対に必要。　このアクティビティを糧に英語勉強にも励んでもらえるように頑張ろうと誓った親父の1日でした　笑

The weather was a bit bad, but I was glad to be able to touch a dolphin for the first time. I think it was a valuable experience unique to this place.

天気が少し悪かったのですが初めてイルカに触ることができてよかったです。ここならではの貴重な体験だったと思います。

Since my younger child was only 2 years old, we signed up for Dolphin Aloha, which is suitable for families. I thought they might get bored halfway through, but they were captivated by the dolphins' cute behaviors and were thrilled. My 4-year-old also had a great time! Sea Life Park was a wonderful place for the kids to enjoy.

下の子どもがまだ2歳だったので家族で参加できるドルフィンアロハを申込みました。
途中で飽きたりするかなと思いましたが、イルカのかわいい仕草に釘付けで大喜びでした。

We participated as a family of three. At first, we were unsure if the adults should just observe, but since participation was required for guardians with children under 10, we decided to join in. (If there's one person observing, you can take your own videos and photos from a distance in addition to the purchased photos.)

Since we arrived at 9:30 AM, we enjoyed seeing sea turtles and dolphins swimming in the pool until our experience at 11:45 AM, making it feel like a mini aquarium. During the sea turtle lecture, we even got to touch baby sea turtles, which I think is something you can't experience in Japan.

The pool was a bit deep, so it was definitely necessary to have someone accompany the children. The Japanese staff explained how to swim and interact, and when it was time to swim, they provided encouragement, making it a safe and enjoyable experience.

I'm glad we splurged on this. It became a wonderful memory. Throughout the journey, the driver kindly explained things in front of beautiful beaches and pointed out when we could see whales, making it a lovely tour.

親子3人で参加しました。最初は大人は見学にしようか迷いましたが10歳以下は保護者参加必須だったので参加にしました。（見学が１人いると購入写真以外に自分で動画や遠くからですが写真が撮影できます）

お迎えから到着が9時半だったので11時45分の体験まではウミガメを見たりプールで泳いでいるイルカを見たり水族館みたいに楽しめました。ウミガメのレクチャーではウミガメの赤ちゃんのタッチができたりと日本では体験できないと思います。

プールは少し深めなので子供の付き添いがやはりいるなと。泳ぎ方やふれあい方は日本人スタッフさんが説明してくれましたし、いざ泳ぐときも声掛けがあって安心で楽しく過ごせました。

奮発してよかったです。いい思い出になりました。道中は運転手さんがきれいなビーチ前で説明やクジラが見えたよと声もかけてくれたりと優しいツアーでした。

The staff were very good at getting everyone excited and were great at talking. On the bus to the coast and when we first boarded the boat, they talked about various things like the spinner dolphins we were going to see that day, Hawaii, and snorkeling. I was particularly anxious since it was my first time snorkeling, but they answered any questions I had.

Dolphins are spotted visually rather than using radar, so everyone looked out at the sea together, fostering a sense of unity among all the passengers.

Not only did we see spinner dolphins, but we also spotted wild bottlenose dolphins, and there were many large sea turtles swimming around.

The ocean was incredibly beautiful, and I thought, "This is definitely Hawaii."

スタッフさんはとても盛り上げ方が上手で話し上手でした。
海岸まで行くバスの中や、船に乗り込んだ最初は、この日見に行くハシナガイルカのこと、ハワイのこと、シュノーケルのことなどいろいろ話してくださいます。
特にシュノーケルが初めてで不安はありましたが、聞けば何でも答えてくれました。

イルカはレーダーなどではなく、目視で見つけるため、全員で一緒に海を眺めたりして、乗っているみんなの一致団結力も芽生えます。

ハシナガイルカだけではなく、野生のバンドウイルカも見ることができたり、大きなウミガメもたくさん泳いでいました。

海はとっても綺麗で、さすがハワイだなーと思いました。

Seeing dolphins up close was for the adults, while the children had a blast interacting with various sea animals at the facility, creating wonderful memories.

イルカを間近で見たのは大人が、
施設のいろんな海の動物に触れ合うのは子供たちが大はしゃぎで、思い出になりました。

It was just a 10-minute program, but I was able to feed the dolphins three types of fish, dance with them using my favorite toy that I chose, and take a lot of photos with the dolphins. I'm really glad I participated in such a fulfilling program!

I think my enjoyment was also due to my complete lack of issues with English. Since communication with the trainers and the reception staff is in English, I imagine that those who lack confidence in their English conversation skills might only enjoy about 70-80% of the experience.

自分の選んだ好きなおもちゃでイルカと一緒に踊ったり、イルカと沢山の写真を撮っていただいて大変身のあるプログラムで参加して良かったです！

ただ私は英語能力に関しては全く問題ないのも楽しめた要因だと思います。トレーナーの皆さんや受付の方とコミュニケーションは英語になるので英会話に自信が無い方は楽しさも7-8割になるのかなぁと想像してます。

I participated five years ago, and although it was tough, it became a wonderful memory, so I joined again this time, but I was disappointed.

The meeting time was set for 5:55 AM, but the staff arrived more than 30 minutes late. During that time, a staff member from Dolphin University came, but without saying a word to the anxious middle school participants, they only took attendance for the university participants and left. The staff who arrived late, including someone who claimed to be the president, only said, "I'm sorry for the trouble," without explaining why they were late. They repeatedly mentioned how hectic it was, but that doesn't concern the participants. I believe they should at least properly explain the circumstances behind the delay.

We set out to sea about 30 minutes late, but in the end, we only saw dolphins for a few seconds. Later, several staff members told us, "The dolphins were far away today." I understand that luck plays a role, but I couldn't help but think that if there hadn't been a delay, we might have seen more.

Five years ago, we entered the sea multiple times to see dolphins, but this time we only saw them for a few seconds before moving to a shallower area to snorkel at a spot with coral. Honestly, there are other places with prettier coral than here, and I felt that it wasn't necessary to do this in Hawaii.

During snorkeling, I was told beforehand that it was okay to remove flotation devices, but since no one had taken them off, I asked a woman who seemed to be the captain for confirmation. Without looking up from her phone, she said, "If you can swim, then," which felt a bit rude.

I also purchased photos, and while we were able to take turns on the boat, the only photos taken while swimming were group photos. I was diving to see turtles while snorkeling, but there were no pictures of me or my friend in the water, so I would have appreciated more consideration for capturing moments in the sea.

I understand that the situation with the dolphins depends on luck, but this time, I was disappointed with the staff's response in various aspects.

5年前にも参加し、ハードだったけどすごくいい思い出になったので再度参加しましたが、今回はガッカリしました。

05:55という早朝の集合時間でしたが、スタッフが来たのは30分以上過ぎてから。途中イルカ大学のスタッフが来ましたが、不安な顔をしている中学の参加者に一声もかけずに、大学参加者の点呼だけ取って行ってしまいました。
遅れてきたスタッフも学長だという方も「トラブルでバタバタしてすいませんでした」と言うだけで、なぜ遅れたのか理由も説明されませんでした。バタバタして大変だったと何度も言われましたが、大変だったのは参加者側には関係ないことです。なぜ遅れたかの事情の説明くらいはきちんとするべきだと思います。

30分ほど出航が遅れた状態で海に出ましたが、結局イルカが見れたのは数秒だけ。後から複数のスタッフに「今日はイルカが遠くに行ってた」と言われました。運に左右されるのは理解してますが、遅れなければもっと見れたかもしれないんじゃ？と思わざるを得ませんでした。

5年前は何度か場所を変えてイルカを見に海に入りましたが、今回は数秒見てイルカは終了、浅めの場所へ移動してサンゴがあるところでシュノーケルになりました。正直ここよりサンゴが綺麗な海は他にあるし、わざわざハワイでしなくてもいいなあという感想でした。
シュノーケルの際、事前に浮具を外してもいいと言われていましたが、誰も外していなかったので確認のために船長？の女性に声をかけた際、顔も上げずに携帯を見ながら「泳げるならね」と言われたのもちょっと感じが悪かったです。

また写真を購入しましたが、船上では順番に撮っていただけましたが、泳いでいる最中の写真は集合写真のみ。シュノーケルでカメを見に潜ったりしてましたが、私と友人の海での写真は一枚もなかったので、海でも満遍なく撮影するよう配慮していただきたかったです。

イルカの状況が運次第なのは納得していますが、今回はいろんな面でスタッフの方々の対応が残念でした。

I participated in the Dolphin Encounter! The first time I touched a dolphin, it was smooth and lively, and I was so excited! They also took wonderful photos, which became great memories. After interacting with the dolphins, we had the freedom to explore the park! We watched dolphin and sea lion shows and had some food. We received a $10 coupon for each person, which we used for lunch. Since it was just my husband and me, we had plenty of time until the bus back, but I think it would be great for families as well!

私達は夫婦だけだったので帰りのバスまでかなり時間に余裕がありましたが、ご家族連れには時間もたっぷりあっていいのではないでしょうか(^^)

I had a wonderful time interacting with the dolphins in the pool. I was so glad I came. The dolphins were incredibly cute!

However, they took photos and created an album regardless of whether you wanted to buy them or not, making it hard to refuse, and I ended up making an expensive purchase. One of the photos was free, but you can find that anywhere.

イルカと一緒にプールで触れ合えてとっても楽しい時間をすごせました。来てよかったと感激しました。イルカ、凄く可愛いかった！

ただ、写真を撮ってくれて買う買わないに関係なくアルバムのようにされていて雰囲気的に断れず高い買い物をしてしまいました。
その中の1枚は無料でしたが、、何処でもありますけどね。

They take you to a transparent sea where you can see the bottom, even though it's deep. The moment I swam while listening to the dolphins' conversations was indescribably pleasant! Even for someone like me who isn't good at swimming, it was fine. I'm grateful to the crew for their efforts to help us meet the dolphins!

深いのに海の底が見える透明度の海まで連れて行ってくれます。イルカの会話を聴きながら泳いだ瞬間はなんとも言えない気持ちよさ！泳ぎが苦手な私でも大丈夫でした。イルカに会えるまでなんとか頑張ろうとするクルーには感謝！

We participated as a family.
It was very fun to interact with the dolphins.
The trainer communicated with gestures, which was great!
There were also some families with small children participating, and they seemed to be fine!
The pool was surprisingly deep, which made me a bit nervous!
It rained partway through, but it was no problem at all!

There was a little trouble with the photos, but they kindly assisted us even after we returned to Japan!
The photos are now viewable without any issues!

I participated with my 4-year-old grandchild and daughters. While waiting at the hotel, I was surprised when a more impressive bus than I expected came to pick us up. It was about a 40-minute drive from the hotel in Waikiki, enjoying the stunning coastal views. Sea Life Park was smaller and a bit less crowded than I anticipated, but because of that, we were able to participate in various events. Before the main dolphin touch program, my grandchild was thrilled to feed the sea lions, touch baby sea turtles, and feed the little birds. Before booking this program, I inquired with the Japanese branch of Sea Life Park about whether I could participate while holding my 6-month-old baby, but they said no, so either my daughter or I had to wait outside during the program. However, when I asked again before checking in on-site, they surprisingly said it was okay. We paid an additional fee and were all able to go to the dolphin pool. It was about $20 more than the advance reservation price. I wish this kind of information had been properly updated. The actual dolphin touch program left a bit to be desired in terms of content and duration. The return bus ride was neither too long nor too short, making for a perfectly timed stay, and overall, I was satisfied. The cafeteria food in the park was also delicious.

４歳と６か月の孫と娘たちとで参加しました。ホテルで待っていると予想以上に立派なバスが迎えに来てくれて驚きました。ワイキキのホテルから４０分ほど、海沿いの絶景を楽しみながらのドライブでした。シーライフパークは予想よりこじんまりでやや閑散としていましたが、その分色々なイベントに参加出来、メインのイルカタッチの前にアシカにえさをあげたり、ウミガメの赤ちゃんにタッチや小鳥にえさをあげたりと４歳の孫は大喜びでした。このプログラムを予約する前にシーライフパークの日本支社に６か月の赤ちゃんを抱っこして参加できないか問い合わせたところダメとの回答で私か娘のどちらかが、そのプログラムの間外で待たなけらばなりませんでした。　現地でチェックイン前にもう一度聞いてみると、なんとあっさりOK。　追加料金を払って全員イルカのプール前まで行けました。　ただ、事前予約の料金より20ドルくらい高かったです。　このような情報もきちんとアップしていただければと思いました。　で、実際にイルカにタッチプログラムは少し物足りなさが残る内容、時間でした。　帰りのバスの時間も長くもなく丁度程よい滞在で　全体的には満足でした。　パーク内のカフェテリアの食事もおいしかったです。　

There were about 30 participants. We encountered a pod of dolphins after about 30 minutes on the boat. They were diving a lot, and we enjoyed watching them from the boat. When we got into the water, several dolphins were swimming around playfully, and they were really cute. Even if you can't swim, the crew pulled a float to take you to where the dolphins were.

The boat was small, and perhaps due to the high waves that day, a few people got seasick and couldn't enjoy the water later on, which was unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend this for those who are prone to seasickness, but it was a great tour where you could meet dolphins and turtles.

船に乗って30分くらいでイルカの群れに遭遇。
たくさんダイブしてて船の上からでも楽しめました。いざ海に入ってみると数頭のイルカがじゃれ合いながら泳いでて、すごく可愛かったです。泳げなくてもクルーが浮き輪を引っ張ってイルカのいるところまで連れてってくれました。
船が小さく、その日は波が高かったのか数名船酔いでダウンしていて、途中から気分が治らず全然海に入れなかったのが残念でした。
船酔いする方にはオススメ出来ないと思いますが、イルカやカメには出会えるとても良いツアーでした。

I felt安心 (safe) with Veltra again this time.

It seems that there are no activities in Japan where you can ride on the back or belly of a dolphin, so I think it's irresistible for dolphin and animal lovers. I was nervous before it started, but Mike, who explained in Japanese, was kind and thorough, and he watched over us, so by the time it began, I was excited. Trainer Maria was energetic and gentle, and I was able to relax and have a truly great experience. It was a Halloween event, but since it was sunny, it wasn't cold (it was cold after taking a shower, though), and once I got dressed, my hair dried quickly, so there were no problems at all.

Veltraさんで今回も安心できました。

日本ではイルカの背中やお腹に乗るアクティビティはないようなので、イルカや動物好きにはたまらないと思います。
始まるまで緊張していましたが、日本語の説明のマイクさんが親切丁寧に説明して下さって、見守ってくれたので、始まる頃にはワクワクしてきて、トレーナーのマリアさんは元気で優しく、リラックスして本当に良い体験ができました。
ハロウィンの参加でしたが、晴れていたので寒くなく(シャワーを浴びると寒かったですが)服を着たら髪もすぐ乾いて何の問題もなかったです。

I understand that it's meant to be entertaining, but when the dolphins appeared, all the staff shouted, "Look down!" If it happened once or twice, it would be fine, but it went on for a long time.

On the day of the event, the waves were high, and more than ten people, including myself, were feeling nauseous.

Given that situation, I wanted to see the dolphins at my own pace, but it felt quite rushed, which made the nausea worse.

Also, the photos were only of the dolphins and not with them, so they were a bit disappointing.

楽しませるためとは思いますが、イルカが現れた時スタッフ全員で「下見てーーー！」と叫ばれます、一回や2回なら良いですがずっとです。

当日は波が高く、自分も含めて10人以上吐いてました。

そんな状況だからイルカも自分のペースで見たかったのにかなり焦らせる感じで、さらに酔いが回りました。

写真もイルカと写るのではなくイルカのみの写真なので微妙です。

I was very anxious about participating alone, but I had a great time! I was really lucky this time, as I was able to see dolphins three times while swimming, and they came close to the boat on the way back and played with us, which was very moving! Next time, I want to go with friends.

During the photo session, the attendant announced loudly into the microphone that I was a solo participant, which made me feel a bit sad.

But this tour is definitely worth it!

I ended up not being able to see dolphins in the ocean. It was my second time seeing dolphins, but it was my first time at Dolphin Junior High. This time it was very hectic, going in and out repeatedly. Since the dolphin tour is with nature, I think it's understandable whether you see them or not, but the level of satisfaction does change. I think it might be good to consider that point carefully.

イルカを海の中で見ることが出来ずに終わりました。イルカは2回目でしたが、イルカ中学は初めてでした。今回はとてもせわしなくて、ハイ入って、出て〜の繰り返し。イルカのツアーは自然相手なので、見られても見られなくても仕方ないと思いますが、やはり満足度は変わりますね。その点をよく考慮してみてもよいかと思います。

This was my second trip to Hawaii, but this time I traveled with my one-year-old child. I was looking for activities that would be enjoyable for kids, and choosing this was definitely the right decision! The staff on-site spoke Japanese and provided thorough explanations, making our first interaction with dolphins a wonderful memory. Even my shy child managed to smile and get a photo with the dolphin thanks to the instructor's assistance! Next time, I want to participate in the swimming experience together.

ハワイは2回目でしたが、今回は1歳の子どもを連れて旅行。子どもでも楽しめるアクティビティを、と思っていたところ、こちらを選んで大正解！
現地には日本語を話せるスタッフの方が、丁寧に説明をしてくれて、初めてのイルカとの触れ合いがとても良い思い出になりました。
恥ずかしがり屋の子どもも、インストラクターのアテンドで笑顔でイルカとのツーショットもゲット！
今度は、一緒に泳ぐ方に参加したいと思います。

I had an early pickup at 6 AM, but when I woke up, it was already 5:51 AM!! I hurriedly got dressed and left my room, and somehow managed to make it in time for the pickup. On the bus ride there, the guide's fun explanations kept me awake and alert. When we arrived at the port, the sea was calm with hardly any waves, which surprised the guide as well. Shortly after departing, we spotted dolphins. Although the water was murky, we were able to see the dolphins without them ever coming on board. We were thrilled to see the dolphins spinning and jumping around happily. After that, we also got to see a huge turtle that looked like a rock.

The captain and crew were very kind and helpful. They guided my mother, who was snorkeling in deep water for the first time, and she was able to swim without any issues. She had been worried about swimming and seasickness, but she seemed to get used to it and was satisfied by the end. I, on the other hand, felt a bit unwell towards the end, possibly due to lack of sleep since I arrived in Hawaii the day before. I think it's better to get enough rest and prepare your body beforehand. As for photos, I was so focused on watching the dolphins that I didn't have the chance to take many. Therefore, I mostly took pictures on the boat. A professional photographer accompanied us and took photos of the dolphins, turtles, and participants. It was $50 for data sent via email and $60 for a USB purchase. Payment can be made on the day or later at the office. It is a bit pricey, but since it includes photos you can't take yourself, I think it's worth it as a keepsake. If you're considering purchasing, I recommend actively asking for photos.

Also, for those who are sensitive to the cold or worried about sunburn, I think it's better to rent a wetsuit ($10 per person). Lastly, since I also tipped, I suggest bringing extra money if you're thinking about buying photos or renting a wetsuit. I almost missed out on the tour, but I'm glad I made some great memories. If I go to Hawaii again, I would definitely want to repeat this experience. Mahalo!!

朝が早く6時にピックアップでしたが、目覚めると5時51分!!
急いで着替えて部屋を出て、何とかピックアップの時間には間に合いました。
行きのバスの中では、ガイドさんの楽しい説明があり眠気など飛んでいきました。港に着くと、波がほとんどなく穏やかな海でガイドさんもびっくりしていました。出港後、すぐにイルカを発見。海が濁っていたため少し視界は悪かったですが、一度も船に上がることなく終始イルカを見ることができました。また、ご機嫌なイルカ先生のスピンやジャンプもたくさんみれて大興奮でした。その後は、岩のように大きなカメも見ることができてました。
船のキャプテン、クルーの方々もとても親切で良かったです。深い海でのシュノーケルが始めての母を誘導していましたが、特に問題なく泳ぐことができました。母は、泳ぎや船酔いの心配をしていましたが、途中から慣れてきて満足できたようです。私は、参加したのがハワイ到着日の翌日で寝不足もあってか最後に気分が悪くなってしまいました。そのため、十分に睡眠をとり体調を整えていたほうが良いと思います。写真に関しては、イルカさんを見るのに必死で取る余裕がなかったです。そのため、海の中ではほとんど撮らず船の上で撮りました。プロのカメラマンさんが同行しているので、イルカやカメさん、参加者の写真を撮影してくれます。メールへのデータ送信であれば50ドル、USBの購入であれば60ドルでした。支払いは、当日でも、後日オフィスへ支払いに行っても大丈夫です。少し値は張りますが、自分では撮れない写真も含まれているので記念になると思います。購入を考えている方は自分から積極的に写真を撮てもらうといいと思います。あと、寒さに弱い方や日焼けが気になる方は、ウエットスーツをレンタル（１人10ドル）したほうがいいと思います。
最後にチップも支払ったため、写真の購入やウエットスーツのレンタルを考えている方は、その分のお金は持参したほうがいいと思います。
危うくツアーに参加しそびれるところでしたが、いい思い出ができてよかったです。また、ハワイに行くことがあれば是非リピートしたいと思います。

We had an early morning pickup. We drove in the dark and headed to the coast while watching the sunrise. I thought we would only see turtles and dolphins from a distance. We missed the dolphins, but surprisingly, a turtle came up from the seabed right in front of us and almost collided with us! The photos we purchased separately were attached to an email, and it’s clear that professional shots are better. There were turtles and dolphins captured from positions other than ours. Oh, and the spam onigiri for a light snack was delicious. I've had many, but it was very much to the taste of Japanese people. I wonder where they sell it? Custom-made? I would love to participate again. Thank you, dolphins and everyone!

朝早いピックアップでした。暗いうちに走り朝日見ながら海岸へ行きました。 かめイルカ遠目にみるぐらいだろうなーと思っていました。 イルカはタイミングあいませんでしたがかめはなんと私たち前に海底から上がってきてぶつかりそうで避けました。別購入の写真はメール添付なのでやはりプロが撮ったほうがいいですね。自分たち以外の位置のかめやイルカが映ってました。 あっ軽食のスパムおにぎり美味しかったです。数々食べてますがとても日本人向け。どこに売ってるんだろ？特注？ また参加したいです。 いるかさん皆さんありがとう！

Due to the last-minute change in schedule, I was filled with anxiety, receiving a call early one morning while still in Japan asking, "I plan to participate today, what’s going on?" and having several exchanges to confirm the changed itinerary. However, the customer service representative was very kind and helpful.

On the day of the event, I was picked up in Waikiki at 11:25. Perhaps due to the timing, there were only a few participants on the large bus. We went straight to Sea Life Park with staff who were expressionless and silent. Once we arrived, the explanation was provided by a Japanese guide, so there was no confusion. However, I was disappointed to find that while the bus was scheduled to gather at 16:45, the park closed at 16:00. I later saw the closing time in the Q&A section, but I felt that such an important detail should be included in the schedule that everyone can see.

Before making the reservation, I asked, "If I participate in the 13:45 encounter, which shows can I see?" but received a complete copy of the schedule from the website. I didn’t feel any kindness in that response. In the end, the only show I could see was the dolphin show.

The price for photos was surprisingly high at 6,000 yen, and like the closing time, I felt it should be clearly displayed for everyone to see.

Although it was a highly rated tour, considering the price and the enjoyment I had, I think once is enough. I also feel that it wasn’t necessary to do this in Hawaii.

今回はギリギリに時間変更をした事もあり、まだ日本にいる全く別の日の早朝「今日参加予定ですがどうなっていますか？」と電話が来たり、変更した日程確認で何度かやり取りが発生したりと、不安でいっぱいでしたが、カスタマーの窓口の方にはとても親切にご対応いただけました。

当日11:25ワイキキお迎え。時間帯のせいか、大型バスに参加者ちらほら。無表情で無言のスタッフと共にシーライフパークへ直行。
ついてからは日本人のガイドの方の説明でしたので、迷う事は無かったのですが、バス集合16:45に対して閉園が16:00と何だかガッカリ。後にＱ&Aに閉園時間についてありましたが、こんな大切な事は誰もが観れるスケジュールに掲載するべきだと感じました。

予約前にも「13:45エンカウンターに参加した場合、どのショーが観れますか？」と質問するも、HPのスケジュールをまるまる転記。全く親切心が感じられませんでした。結果観れたのはイルカショーのみでした。

写真が6000円と驚く程高く、先程の閉園時間と一緒で、誰もが一目で確認出来るよう掲載すべきと感じました。

評価の高いツアーでしたが、価格と楽しんだ時間で考えると一度行けば十分です。特にハワイで行かなくても良かったとも思っています。

It was the most fun I've had in Hawaii so far.

My 5-year-old son is a bit scared and couldn't go into the ocean, but he was satisfied feeding fish from the boat and watching dolphins and turtles. It seems that those on the boat were able to witness dolphins jumping and spinning several times.

I went into the ocean. I saw dolphins, but they swam quickly and passed by, yet I was satisfied.

I was moved by the sight of a turtle swimming slowly close enough to reach out and touch.

今まで行ったハワイで一番楽しかったです。

子供5歳男児は怖がりで海には入れませんでしたが、ボートから魚にエサを上げたり、イルカやカメを見て満足してました。
ボートにいた方がイルカのジャンプやクルクル回る様子が何度も目撃できたようです。

私は海に入りました。
イルカは見えましたが泳ぐのが早くすぐに通り過ぎていきましたが満足です

カメが手が届きそうな所でゆっくりと泳ぐ姿に感動しました。

Fortunately, I was able to see both dolphins and sea turtles. I was impressed by the animals, the beautiful fish, and the mountains visible from the boat. The staff were very kind, and the children were able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. As a parent, I was worried about swimming with my small child in the ocean, but thanks to the support of the staff, we were able to see many dolphins. Thank you very much.

Personally, I doze off during the important briefing on the bus in the early morning, and I regret not paying more attention.

動物たちにも綺麗な魚もにも、船から見える山々にも感激しました。
スタッフの皆さんもとても優しく、子供たちも安心してツアーを楽しんでいました。
親としても海の中で小さな子供を連れて泳ぐのも心配でしたが、スタッフの方々がフォローして下さったおかげで、たくさんのイルカが見ることができました。

個人的には早朝のバスの中での重要事項の説明にはウトウトしてしまい、もっとちゃんと聞いておけばよかったと反省です。
