I participated with my children, and the staff were very kind and helpful. It’s challenging to swim with small kids, but the staff provided support, which made me feel at ease. However, since it’s in nature, it’s understandable, but it was disappointing that I only caught a glimpse of the dolphins from a distance. I would like to participate again if I have the opportunity.

子ども連れで参加しましたが、スタッフの方が親切でとても助かりました。小さな子を連れて泳ぐのは大変ですが、スタッフの方がフォローしてくださるので安心です。ただ自然の中なので仕方がないですがイルカが遠目にチラッと見えただけだったのが残念です。また機会があれば参加させて頂きたいです。

It was a cozy tour with all Japanese participants. The staff were very attentive, and we got to see both dolphins and sea turtles. There are various optional tours in Hawaii, but you definitely should go for the dolphins! I want to go again, so please consider offering a repeat customer discount next time.

参加者は全て日本人でアットホームなツアーでした。スタッフもテキパキとお世話して頂き、イルカにもウミガメにも会えました。
いろんなオプションツアーがハワイにはありますが、イルカは行くべきですよ！
また行きたいので、次回はリピーター割引もあるので是非お願いします。

Since the first time was great, I participated this time in middle school!
We encountered a pod of dolphins in less than 30 minutes after getting on the boat!
It was amazing to see a baby dolphin too!
After moving to another spot, I was also able to see sea turtles, which was great.
I was surprised as the sea turtles kept coming closer to us.
It was really wonderful.
Minako-san also provided such a lovely guide, and just watching made me happy.

1度目が良かったので今回は中学で参加しました！
船に乗って30分も経たないうちにイルカの群れに遭遇出来ました！
イルカの赤ちゃんも見れて最高でした！
ポイント移動してからは海亀にも会えて良かったです。
海亀がこちらにどんどん近づいてくるのでびっくりしました。
すごく良かったです。
みなこさんも凄く素敵な案内をしてくれて見てるだけで幸せになりました。

My elementary school child wanted to see dolphins, so we participated. Unfortunately, the water clarity was poor, but we were able to see many dolphins, and it seemed like they had a lot of fun swimming with them. Even for adults, it felt a bit challenging to swim, so I thought it would be tough to pull along my first-grade child, but the staff helped by swimming with the kids, which was a great relief. Next time, I want to participate on a day with better visibility.

小学生の子供がイルカを見たいと言うので参加しました。
残念ながら透明度は悪かったですが、沢山のイルカを見れて、一緒に泳げた事で、とても楽しかったようです。
大人でも少しハードに感じるくらい泳ぐので
小学1年生の子供を引っ張って泳ぐのは大変と思っていましたが、スタッフの方が子供を連れて泳いでくれたので、とても助かりました。
今度は透明度の良い日に参加したいです。

The pickup is at 8:30 and we arrive at the hotel at 15:30, so we have a full day to enjoy. The kids had fun playing on the playground equipment, interacting with birds, feeding fish, and even getting close to dolphins. There is a Japanese interpreter, so you can participate in the program with peace of mind! The travel was comfortable as we moved by large bus.

8:30ピックアップ15:30ホテル着なので、１日使います。子供は遊具で遊び、鳥と戯れ、魚に餌をあげたり、イルカとふれ合ったりして楽しんでいました。日本人の通訳の方がいるので安心してプログラムに参加できますよ！
大型バスで移動なので快適でした。

I woke up at 5 AM and moved to the meeting place in the dim light.

I was worried because I had heard that a tropical storm was coming from the south, but with dawn came clear skies. The sea was calm as well.

The bus provided a thorough explanation beforehand. After boarding, they quickly distributed the equipment.

About 15 minutes after boarding, we encountered a pod of dolphins. We were able to see the dolphins up close as they swam back and forth without needing to change boats.

We moved to another spot for snorkeling. We saw two green sea turtles and an eel, among other things.

The guide mentioned that this was one of the top ten best days of the year.

As expected with wildlife, timing and luck play a role. It seemed challenging to find the dolphins that day, but I felt that the staff here would give their all regardless.

I was able to enjoy the entire experience since I took motion sickness medication.

However, the air conditioning in the car broke on the way back, so I’ll give it a ☆-1.

This can't be helped, but...

朝、5時起きで、薄暗い中、集合場所へ移動。

南側にトロピカルストームが来てると、聞いていたので、心配していましたが、夜明けと共に快晴。海も、穏やかでした。

バスで事前に丁寧に説明して下さっていました。乗船後も、テキパキ道具を配って下さいました。

乗船後、15分程で、イルカの群れと遭遇。
船に乗り直すことなく、何度も行き来するイルカを間近でみれました。

移動して、もう一度、シュノーケリング。
アオウミガメ2頭と、ウツボなどもみれました。

今年、10本の指に入るいい日だとガイドさんがおっしゃってました。

やはり、野生動物なのでタイミングと運は、ありますね。
イルカを探す日は、大変そうでしたが、そんな日でも、ここのスタッフさんだと、全力でやってくれると思えました。



酔い止めを、飲んでいたので、終始楽しめました。

帰りの車のエアコンが壊れてしまったので☆-1

The president personally guided us, but when there are dolphins, we have to jump into the sea quickly, and I was rushed with comments like "You're too slow to jump!" and "Hurry up and get ready!" Even if they rush us, we're beginners and can't respond quickly. I wish they could take it a bit easier. It made me quite anxious.

I did see dolphins, but the water was murky, so it felt like I could only see their shadows.

学長さん自らが案内してくれたが、イルカがいたら急いで海に飛び込まないといけないのだが、飛び込みが遅い！とか早く準備して！とか急かされる。急かしたところでこちらは初心者なので急には対応出来ない。もう少しのんびり構えてもらいたい。ビクビクしてしまう。
イルカは観れたけど海が濁っていて影が見えるという感じ

Absolutely the best experience!!! Meeting dolphins in the ocean has been my dream for a long time, and it finally came true!! The coordinator and staff during the experience were very kind, and thanks to the local staff who supported me even though I can't swim, I was able to enjoy the experience without any fear. I got to see dolphins, sea turtles, and many fish up close☆ Not only did I have fun, but I also learned about the current pollution situation in the ocean and how it affects marine life. I am filled with gratitude! Thank you so much☆

とにかく最高の一言！！！海でイルカに会うのがずっと夢だったのですが、叶いました！！体験をする際のコーディネーター、スタッフの方の対応がとても親切で、泳げない私でも現地のスタッフの方がしっかりサポートしてくださったおかげで、怖い思いを一切する事なく、イルカもウミガメもたくさんのお魚も、とても近くで見れました☆ただ楽しく体験できただけでなく、今の海の汚染状況のせいで海の生き物達が苦しんでいるということも、改めて学ばせてくれました。感謝でいっぱいです！本当にありがとうございました☆

I participated with my 9-year-old child. Since I'm not good at snorkeling, I tried to lead my child to the guide, but it was really difficult and I got exhausted. In the end, during the first round, we only saw one dolphin far below, and during the second round, we didn't see anything at all. As for the sea turtles, I couldn't catch up with everyone, so we ended up not seeing a single one. This tour is not suitable for those who are not good at swimming. I would like to try again once my child becomes a better swimmer.

9歳の子連れで参加しました。シュノーケルが下手なため、子供の手を引いてガイドさんのところまで進もうとするのですが、全然無理でクタクタになりました。結局1回目は遥か下の方のイルカを一頭見ただけ、2回目は全く何も見れず。海亀についても、みんなに追いつけなかったので一匹も見れない結果に終わりました。泳ぎがが下手な方には不向きなツアーです。また子供が上手に泳げるようになったらリベンジしたいと思います。

Snorkeling was amazing as I got to see dolphins and turtles! The light snacks were delicious, and I had a great time swaying on the boat while enjoying the views of the mountains and the sea. However, when I sat in the very back seat of the bus on the way there, a huge amount of water dripped down from above and I got soaked. The instructors were very cheerful and fun, which was really great!!!

イルカもカメも見れてシュノーケリングは最高でした^_^軽食も美味しくて、山や海などの景色を見ながら船に揺られてとても良い時間を過ごせました。ですが、行きのバスで1番後ろの席に座った際すごい量の水が上から垂れてきてビチョビチョになりました。インストラクターの方々はとても明るく愉快で本当に良かったです！！！

I was able to swim with a pod of dolphins, and I was very satisfied! They provided detailed explanations about precautions, so I felt安心して参加できます. Also, the guides from the Private Dolphin Middle School were all energetic, and the bus ride there was a lot of fun.

また、私立イルカ中学のガイドさんはみなさん元気で、行きのバスはとても楽しかったです。

We woke up at 5 AM and participated as a family of three. After about an hour's ride on the bus, we moved to the point where the dolphins are located by boat. To see the dolphins, we had to follow the instructor's directions and move back and forth from the shore to the open sea multiple times, which was suddenly tiring. It felt like a physical education class.

The sea was beautiful, and we saw many dolphins, so it was enjoyable, but my wife got seasick and was exhausted in the second half. If you're okay with boats and the sea, I think it's an activity you can enjoy thoroughly.

朝五時に起きて家族3人で参加しました。
バスで一時間ぐらい走ってから、船でイルカのいるポイントまで移動。イルカを見るにはインストラクターの指示にしたがって、岸へ沖へ、何度も移動せねばならず、いきなり疲れます。体育の授業とのこと。
海はきれいでイルカもたくさん見れたので楽しかったのですが、妻は船酔いしてしまい、後半はぐったりしてました。
船や海が平気なら十分楽しめるアクティビティだとおもいます。

We participated as a family of seven.
It was incredibly moving to see dolphins up close! There was someone in the tour group who couldn't see the dolphins, so they kept searching until that person could see them, and in the end, everyone was able to see the dolphins.
We also got to see sea turtles up close, which was another amazing experience.
The guide and crew made various efforts to entertain the participants, and I think it was a very satisfying tour.

However, the meals were really just light snacks, so if you eat a lot, you might prefer a tour that includes more substantial meals.

By the way, babies can also join the tour, but be careful as it can get quite bumpy on the way to the points, and you might get splashed with seawater.

Overall, I am very satisfied.

家族7名で参加しました。
イルカをすごく間近に見ることができ、とても感動しました！ツアー参加者の中でイルカを見れなかった人がいたので、その人が見れるまでイルカを探してくれて、最終的には全員がイルカを見ることができました。
ウミガメも間近で見ることができ、これもすごくいい体験でした。
ガイドの方もクルーの方々も、参加者を楽しませようと色々工夫をしてくださっていて、とても満足のいくツアーだったと思います。

ただ、食事が本当に軽食のみなので、たくさん食べる方は食事がたくさんついているツアーの方がいいかもしれません。

ちなみに赤ちゃんも一緒に見学で参加できますが、ポイントに向かう途中結構揺れて海水もかかるので、要注意です。

総合的には非常に満足です。

This was my first time using the service.
The night before, the winds in Waikiki were strong, and I was worried about the sea conditions, but since it was on the west side, I participated in the early morning tour, and the visibility was excellent.
We were able to have a rendezvous with dolphins and sea turtles, and the kids were very satisfied with the tour.
As expected, the winds picked up on the way back, so while it requires an early wake-up, I think the early morning tour is recommended.
The guide, Natsumi, had a great tempo in her guiding, thank you! 🎶

初めて利用させてもらいました。
前日の晩からワイキキきは風が強く、海況が心配でしたが西側のポイントだったからか朝一のツアーに参加したのですが、透明度と言い最高な状況でした。
イルカ、海ガメとのランデブーもでき子供達も大満足なツアーとなりました。
やはり帰りは風が上がってきたので、早起きにはなりますが朝一ツアーがおススメだと思います。
ガイドのナツミさんのテンポ良いガイドも良かったです、ありがとうございましたー♫

Minako talking a lot on the bus in the morning is just so funny!
In Hawaii, it seems they call each other by their first names, which is a bit nerve-wracking, but once you get used to it, it's fine!
The place we're going to is not the beach in the city, but a more remote area where Hawaiian people live, accessed by the highway. I was so moved when we sang to the gods on the boat and saw wild dolphins.
I could even hear their calls.
I’m really, really glad I went.
At the end, we danced and saw sea turtles, beautiful colorful fish, and the vast, deep ocean during the dolphin university snorkeling. I will definitely come back!

朝からバスの中でミナコがいっぱい喋ってるのがとにかく面白い！！
ハワイでは下の名前でそのまま呼ぶらしくちょっぴりドキドキするけど慣れちゃえば平気♪
行くところは街の中の海じゃなくて高速に乗って離れた所にある、ハワイアンの人達が住むところ。船の上で神様に歌を歌って、野生のイルカを見た時にはもう感動しました。
鳴き声も聞こえました。
本当に、本当にいってよかった。
最後にダンスも踊って、ウミガメと綺麗な色とりどりのお魚と広く深く広がる海を見イルカ大学のシュノーケリング、また絶対きます！

The guide and the cameraman shared many enjoyable stories. Seeing over 50 wild dolphins swimming right beside us was truly moving. The sound of the dolphins was also soothing. Meeting the wild seals, of which there are only 1,300, was a rare experience. I would love to use this service again.

ガイドさんやカメラマンさんが、楽しいお話を沢山してくれました。野生のイルカは50頭以上！すぐそばで泳ぐのは、感動的です。イルカの声も癒されます。1300頭しかいない野生のアザラシに会えて、貴重な体験でした。また利用したいです。

I participated with one adult and two children. From the time of the pickup, I was told that one child was canceled, even though I hadn't canceled anything, which led to a back-and-forth argument. Somehow, we were allowed to board, but at the park reception, they said one child was still canceled. What does this mean? I'm angry. We managed to get in, but it was confusing. I was also not given an explanation about purchasing photos, so I couldn't buy any, which made me angry. Overall, the service was terrible from start to finish. I will never use this again.

大人1人と子供2人での参加でした。
送迎の時からこちらはキャンセルしてないのに子供1人キャンセルになっていると言われ押し問答、なんとか乗せてもらいパーク受付でも1人キャンセルになってると。
どういうこと怒り
ここもなんとか入れてもらい、戸惑いながらの参加。写真購入の説明もされず買えなかった怒り
とにかく最初から最後まで対応は最低でした。
二度と利用しません

I participated in the Dolphin Encounter where you can swim with dolphins. The explanation was in English only, but they spoke slowly with gestures, making it easy to understand. Above all, the dolphins were adorable, and it was a lot of fun. I now have another wonderful memory from Hawaii.

イルカと一緒に泳げる　ドルフィン・エンカウンターに参加しました。
説明は英語オンリーでしたが、身振り手振りでゆっくりとお話ししてくれたのでわかりやすかったです。
何よりイルカが可愛くてとても楽しかったです。
ハワイでの良いおもいでがまた一つ増えました。

I participated on July 11. At first, I was a bit anxious because I couldn't encounter any dolphins, but I was able to see them on the second approach. Since I swim slowly, I had a hard time keeping up with everyone and was starting to give up on seeing them, but in the end, I was able to meet a pod of dolphins. Everyone mentioned seeing several sea turtles, but when I finally joined the group, there were none around, and I thought I was out of luck again, but I did manage to see one swimming by. That was great! The spam onigiri served on the boat was delicious. It was mentioned that the tip should be around 15%, and I honestly thought $20 per person was a bit tough, but the guide on the day informed us that $5 per person was acceptable, and I was happy to give that amount.

７月１１日に参加しました。最初のアプローチではイルカと出会えず
少し不安になりましたが２回目のアプローチで出会えました。特に自分は泳ぎが遅いためなかなか皆さんについていけず、自分だけ見ることができず少し諦めかけていましたが、最後の最後で群れでいるイルカと出会うことができました。ウミガメも皆さんは数匹みれたといっていましたが自分が皆さんの輪にただりついたときは全然いなくて、これまたダメかーと思いましたが一匹だけ泳いでいるのをみれました。良かった！船の上でふるまわれたスパムおにぎり、美味しかったです。チップは１５％くらいとここでは書かれており１人２０ドルは正直キツイなあと思っていましたが、当日のガイドさんからは１人５ドルと案内いただき５ドルならと気持ちよく渡すことができました。

I was so moved to be able to interact with the dolphins!!! They were so cute that I didn't want to leave!!! The bus driver was also very kind! I definitely want to go again!!!

We went snorkeling at two dolphin sighting points. At the first spot, there were hardly any dolphins, and I thought it might be a lost cause, but the second round was a huge success! A tremendous number of dolphins swam back and forth around us. It became an amazing memory!

イルカ出現ポイントを2か所シュノーケリングしました。
1回目のポイントは、ほぼ居なくて、無理かなぁと思っていたのですが、2回戦目は、大当たり！
凄い数のイルカが、自分たちの周りを行ったり来たり。
サイコーの思い出になりました！

I had the opportunity to encounter a large pod of dolphins and swim with them up close multiple times. I saw dolphins in the ocean far beyond my imagination! The guide was very kind, and the staff and photographer made the experience incredibly enjoyable. When swimming near the photographer, they quickly informed us about the pod of dolphins, allowing us to swim with many of them. I definitely want to participate again. Thank you!

想像をはるかに超えるほど、イルカを海の中で見られました！！

About 30% of the participants got seasick because it was quite rocky. Haha.

In the morning, I was worried that my children might get seasick, so I gave them some candy for motion sickness. However, as soon as the boat set off, there was no time to feel sick, and we got to see dolphins and sea turtles. My one-year-old son was also having fun on the boat, pointing and saying "Ah, ah." My elementary school daughter got super excited when she swam and saw a huge group of dolphins in the direction the instructor was pointing! Even my dad, who isn't a great swimmer, and my grandmother, who is over 70, all enjoyed it together.

I definitely want to go again the next time we visit Hawaii. It was really fun!

朝は早く、子供が酔わないか心配だったので、飴の酔い止めを舐めさせました。
でも船が出て酔う暇もなく、イルカや、ウミガメに会えました。
１歳の息子も船の上から「あ、あ、」と指を差しながら楽しんでいました。
小学生の娘は泳いでインストラクターの指す方向を向くとイルカの大群を見て大興奮！！
泳ぎの苦手なパパも、７０過ぎのばあばもみんなで楽しめました。

次にハワイに行くときも絶対に行こうと思っています。本当に楽しかったー

I have signed up for dolphin tours in various places, but this was my first time with Dolphin Junior High. The weather was great, perfect for a day at sea! The bus was large and impressive, and the boat was quite nice as well. Since it involves nature, the schedule was fluid, and I understand that they were trying their best, but it felt a bit chaotic at times. The photographer's work was inconsistent, so I decided not to purchase any photos.

イルカツアーは色々なところに申し込み毎回行っていますが、イルカ中学は初めてでした。
お天気良く最高の海日和！バスは大きく立派、船もなかなかです。内容的には自然相手なので流動的で、必死なのはわかりますが…ちょっとばたついてました。カメラマンさんは撮影にムラがあるので購入しませんでした。

In Hawaii, the weather unexpectedly turned bad, and it was raining, making it difficult to find a pod of dolphins. However, thanks to the captain's perseverance, we were able to find a pod of wild dolphins, and the kids were overjoyed.

ハワイでは珍しく天気が悪くなってしまい、雨が降る中、なかなか群れが見つけられずにいましたが、船長さんが諦めずに探してくれたおかげで野生のイルカの群れを見つけることができ、子供も大喜びでした。

My mom and aunt participated with my 5-year-old grandson and grandma while shopping at Waikele. Since the program started at 9:30, we listened to the explanation right after arriving and got ready to start. They helped us find the right size life jackets and put them on. From there, we walked to the pool. We could leave our belongings by the poolside without using a locker, so it was fine to bring them along.

They carefully checked for any protruding nails or rings. Flat nails seemed to be okay. We were checked three times, which was a bit tedious. Since the checks were only for hands, I wondered if they didn't check for protruding items on feet, as others had mentioned.

Regarding the purchase of photos, there was a misunderstanding due to the language barrier, which caused some trouble later, so it might be better if the Japanese staff explained the purchasing process properly. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience alongside my grandson.

After the program ended, we changed clothes, ate the sandwiches we brought, and took a break at the poolside viewing area. My grandson fell asleep, allowing me to enjoy the ocean view for about an hour. Eventually, the show started, and my grandson was satisfied.

I reflected that the shows at Japanese aquariums might put too much burden on the animals. With the $10 ticket we received as a gift, I bought a dolphin plush toy, enjoyed some drinks and ice cream, and had a great time for an additional $6.

ママと叔母はワイケレでショッピングの間、５歳の孫とばぁばで参加しました。９：３０からのプログラムでしたので到着後説明を聞いたらすぐに準備し、スタートです。ライフジャケットはぴったりサイズを探して装着してくれました。そこからプールまで歩いて移動です。荷物はロッカーを使わなくてもプールサイドに置いておけますので持っていって大丈夫でした。
突起物の付いているネイルや指輪などは念入りにチェックされました。
フラットなネイルは大丈夫そうでした。３回はチェックされるので少し辟易しました。チェックは手ばかりでしたので、他の方も書いておられましたように足の突起物はチェックしないのかしらと疑問に思ってしまいました。
写真の購入は、説明が通じず後でトラブルになりましたので購入の説明は
日本語スタッフがきちんとしていただいた方がよろしいのではないでしょうか。
全体的には孫とともに満足しています。
プログラム終了後着替え、持ってきたサンドイッチを食べプールの観覧席で休憩をしてましたら、孫が寝てしまい１時間ほどゆっくりと海の景色を楽しめました。やがてショーの時間が始まり孫は満足していました。
日本の水族館のショーは動物に負担がかかりすぎているのかも知れないと改めて思いました。
プレゼントでついていた１０ドルチケットでイルカのぬいぐるみを買い、飲み物とアイスを食べ、追加で６ドルほどで楽しめました。

Three of us in our fifties participated. We signed up to create memories of our trip to Hawaii. It was really fun to interact with the dolphins, but it was stated that we must not harm the precious dolphins, so things like nail stones were prohibited. Of course, I completely understand that, but it was also mentioned that wearing gloves would be okay.

Two of my friends had nail art on their feet, so they even went out of their way to buy swimming shoes. However, when we actually participated, we were told that was not allowed either. They had many files and clippers available, asking us to remove the stones on the spot. I could only apologize to my friends who were getting upset...

If they had clearly stated from the beginning that it was absolutely not allowed, we wouldn't have had to go through this. It's disappointing that it made us feel sad. I believe this should be properly communicated to future participants. It seems that anyone joining this tour should avoid any small decorations. Although it was written that wearing gloves would be fine, that was not the case at all. Since there were many files and clippers available, it seems everyone had a similar experience.

アラフィフ3人での参加。
ハワイ旅行の思い出にと申し込みをしました。
イルカに触れ合えて、とても楽しかったのですが、大切なイルカさんを傷つけてはいけないとネイルのストーンなど禁止と書いてありました。もちろんそれはとても納得出来るのですが、グローブをすればokとも書いてありました。
私の友達2人は足のネイル。そのためわざわざスイミング用の靴(？)を購入しました。
実際参加してみると、それもダメとのこと。
その場でストーンを取ってくださいとたくさんのヤスリやニッパが置いてありました。不機嫌になる友達に私は謝るしかなく…
最初から、絶対ダメです。と書いてくださればこんな思いをしなくて良かったのに。悲しい気持ちにさせなくてよかったのに。と、残念です。
これは、今後の参加される方にきちんとお伝えするべきと、書かせて頂きます。
このツアーに参加される方は、どんな小さな飾りでもダメだそうです。
グローブをすれば良いと書いてありますが、そんなことは全くありませんでした。たくさんのヤスリやニッパがありましたので、皆さんそんな感じなんでしょうね。

でも、イルカは本当に可愛かったです！

The weather was nice, there weren't too many people, the guide was fun, and we got to see dolphins. The baby spinner dolphins jumped and spun a lot, and I definitely want to participate again.

天気も良く、人数も多過ぎず、ガイドさんも楽しく、盛り上がってイルカが見れました。 ベビースピナーが沢山ジャンプスピンを見せてくれて、また是非参加したいと思いました。

You can participate with peace of mind as you receive lectures from Japanese staff on-site. In fact, when interacting with the dolphins, the local trainers explained in Japanese what to do next, which was great. The dolphins' gentle and vacant eyes were incredibly cute.

現地では日本人スタッフの方からレクチャーが受けられるので、
安心して参加できます。
実際、イルカと触れ合うときは現地のトレーナーさんですが、
日本語で次に何をするか説明してくれたので良かったです。
イルカの優しくて虚ろな目がなんともキュートでした。
