イルカと泳ぐツアーと言うが・・・

写真の車がお迎えし、っと思いきや、違うホテルででかいバスに乗り換えて行きます。行きの景色はなかなかきれいな景色、イルカとも泳ぎたくてツアーに参加しました。ホントに泳げます 少しですが・・・ 人数が５人ずつくらいで、流れ作業的なイルカとの触れ合い 笑い ピックアップも沢山いるので時間かかります。レンタカーで行くのがお勧めかも～ 日本のイルカShowの方が凄いと感じました。笑 園内での食事もできますが期待しないでください。普通です。園内のアトラクションはけしてたくさんはありません、オウムと写真撮るのも有料ですので・・・

お高いコースでしたが、イルカにふれあい、とても楽しかったです。ただ、他のイルカショーなどは日本のクオリティのほうが高いかもしれません。写真やDVDもお高いです。イルカのためにはしょうがないかもしれません。

ちょっと高めだし、悩んでいたんですけどせっかくだからで申し込みをしました。インストラクターのお姉さんやカメラさんも英語のわからない私たちを盛り上げてくれて、一緒に参加したアメリカ人とも仲良くなりました。 またがんばってぜひ参加したいです♪

イルカかわいい~！！ショー見て（英語）、餌やりをして（費用別）、あまり広くはない動物園のような園内を見て、自分でチェックインして、ロッカーを使用し、着替えて集合。このロッカーも英語がわからない人にはわかりずらいけど、まずはカウンター（チェックインカウンターと物を購入するカウンターは別）でロッカーの専用コインを3ドルで購入。そのコインでロッカーを使用します。日本人にはロッカー用コインなのかお釣りなのか分かりにくく、お釣りだと思ってロッカーをどう閉めるのか悩んでた人がいました。このロッカー、確かデポジットと書いてあったのにデポジットではなく、お金は戻らないロッカーです。うちは3人分の荷物が入りきらず、ロッカーを２つ使用しました。あとは日本人のガイドさんが丁寧に何をどうすればいいのかアクティビティについて詳しく説明してくれて、胴衣を着て今度は英語で説明を受ける。コンタクトしてるけど、ゴーグルした方がいいのかと聞いたら、頭は水につけないので、コンタクトでもかまわないけど、ゴーグルはしないように言われました。イルカの名前や由来、1頭のイルカはジョニーデップと一緒に１５年前に映画にでたという話でしたが、その辺の話は全部英語。私も２／３くらいしか理解できず、映画の名前も聞いたけど、知らない映画でした。日本に帰ってから調べてもわからなかったです。イルカと一緒に泳ぐ！というよりは、５つの項目：キス横顔、キス真正面、イルカを下から抱っこポーズ、2頭の背びれにつかまって泳ぐ、2頭に足を押されて泳ぐ、というのを順番に写真やビデオにポーズをとりながらこなして行く感じでした。最初はみんなで合図をだしてトレーナー気分になったり、餌をやったり。身体をいい子いい子したり。すごいジャンプや芸も間近で見られてよかったです。ただ、あまりにも金額が高すぎるので星４つです。イルカと触れ合えるのは嬉しいけれど、一人25000円は高すぎでしょう。この値段なら、イルカのことなどの説明も全部日本語でしてほしいです。せっかく日本人のガイドさん（しかもとても親切）がいるのだから。最低限のことだけ通じればいい、というのはイルカには優しいけど、お客様には優しくありません。日本人はただの金づるだと思われてるな、と感じます。更に写真やＣＤが高くてびっくり。5枚セットで5000円くらい×３なんて冗談じゃない。でもＣＤが流されていて、見るとやはりほしい。結局、ＣＤと写真2枚ずつ買いました。カメラの人は英語の説明をしていてまあまあ感じいいのですが、ビデオを撮影した男は日本人をばかにしていてまったく愛想がない。超感じ悪かったです。更衣室はあるけど、シャワーがほしかったです。行きのバスの中で途中から急にガイドさんが立ちあがってハワイ初めての人は写真スポットが沢山あるからカメラを用意して、と言って色々説明してくれました。わたしは窓ごしの写真はあまり好きではないので撮りませんでしたし、子ども達は寝ていました。私も英語で早口なので２／３分かったかどうか…。でも帰りに子ども達にかいつまんで話せたので、ある程度は理解できていたと思います。他のツアーではこんなことなかったのでびっくりしましたが、そういえば、バスが観光バスだなと思いました。観光バスなので普通にガイドさんが説明するのだと。英語が分かる人にはとってもいいと思います。分からない人は日本語で話してほしいと思いますが。ちなみにハワイにはビニール袋を扱っているところはほとんどないそうです。たまにスーパーなどで使っているけど、今ハワイはエコのために、ビニール袋を使用しないように決められているのだそうです。写真が濡れるからビニール袋をもらおうとしたらそう説明されました。予め自分でビニール袋を用意して行くことをお勧めします。
あと、このサイトの「含まれるもの」にチップと書いてなくてもチップが含まれているオプションも沢山ありました。いちいち１５％~２０％？と最初はまじめに考えて計算していきましたが、現地で各ツアーに電話で確認しました。ほとんどいらなかったです。まず、チップが必要なものでも２０％は払いすぎ。アメリカ人は１５％が普通だそうで、それも面白かったら払うだけで、必ず払わなければいえけないわけではありません。なんか日本人は英語が話せない人も多く、チップを多め多めに払うようで、すごくあきれられています。全く当たり前のように払わないのも問題ですが、あくまでも定額以上の仕事をしてくれたら、です。

家族揃ってのドルフィン・エンカウンター

娘が３歳ということで、ドルフィン・エンカウンターに家族で参加しました。
娘は初めて間近で見るイルカに恐怖心があり、慣れないうちに写真撮影があったため、写真はどれも腰が引けたものになっていました。しかし、時間が経つと慣れてきて触れるようになり楽しんでいました。娘がもう少し大きくなった時に、また参加したいです。
今回はレンタカー移動で早めに到着したので、シーライフ・パーク内の他の場所も回ることができてよかったです。

ドルフィン・エンカウンターでイルカとキス！

三歳児の娘を連れてのハワイ。
自分はもう何十回もハワイにきているが、子連れは初ということで、どこに連れて行くのがいいのか迷ってこちらを選択。
結果、正解でした。
レンタカーでワイキキから海沿いをドライブして綺麗な景色を楽しみつつ、シーライフパークを目指し、シーライフパークで遊んだあとはカイルアまで行ってお買い物。
子供、妻共々楽しんでくれた一日コースでした。
ただ一点、シーライフパークに唯一あるホットドックはたいして美味しくなかったかな笑

I wasn't happy about the lack of time that we had at the park because the tour bus had us leave at 2:30 when the park was open until 5. I didn't get to see everything that I wanted to because we didn't have enough time and for the amount of money we spent there, I felt like I didn't get my monies worth. The trainers and animals were awesome! The trainers were very personable and knowledgeable.

We had the greatest time, even the teenager who did really want to go. She said it was amazing. I am definitely doing this again on my next trip to Hawaii. Staff where brilliant when my son get a bit sea sick on the way back. Couldn't fault it at all.

We enjoyed the dolphin encounter. However, we paid extra for the dolphin swim but were denied. We even showed our reservations that said, "Dolphin swim/Dolphin encounter". But since the tags they gave us were wrong they didn't want to talk to us. A very expensive encounter.

We loved how Veltra supported our trip to Sea Life Park. They called us in Hawaii to remind us of our reservations and called us to follow up how we liked it. They were following up like a good company should to serve there customers. I will always go to them for all of my needs during trips that I can.
The park check in was smooth with no issues to get going in correct direction.
Reminder everyone that you can not have any jewerly that can not be removed or they will not let you participate in events. Even if the park tells you in advance you can tape your wedding rings,etc. that can not be removed that is not corrrect. They check everything out before you go anywhere.
The trainers are all experts in there fields and educate you and the animals are great of course. The best experience ever for our family to celebrate a special occasion. Do all three events at the park as you will never get an opportunity to enjoy them again and go thru Veltra to arrange.

Awesome Adventure

This is the first time for my kids and my mom to Oahu. This
is one of the highlights for our family vacation. It was an awesome experience. Our Captain Austin, and his crew, John are the best. Both Austin and John made this adventure even more wonderful. This is highly recommend, we will definitely do it again when we come back.

イルカショーで少しタッチした事はあっても、泳いだりキスしたりなどなどの経験はなかったので参加した子どもも大人も大満足でした。

1年半前に4歳の息子と2人で参加しました。
イルカを触れるのをとても楽しみにしていた息子でしたが、
トップバッターだったためか大緊張。
結局イルカにキスはできなかった息子でしたが、
全体的には楽しめたツアーでした。
またまだ小さい娘が大きくなったら参加したいと思っています。

イルカはとても可愛く、ふれあいの時間はあっというまでした。プール内のスタッフは英語のみですが事前に日本語が話せるスタッフから説明もありますし、全く問題ありません。とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。
帰りの時間までは結構待ちます。パーク内はマップで見てたより狭く、時間はあまり潰せません。天気が悪い日なら身体も冷えてしまうので着替えや羽織るものは必須だと思います。
イルカとの写真は購入できますが、高すぎるかな。もうすこしリーズナブルだとありがたいです。

４才の娘と夫が参加しました。参加後に聞いたところ、水が汚かったそうで、娘が嫌がりほぼだっこの状態だったそうです。私と母（４才の娘のおばあちゃん）は、少し遠くの場所から観覧できるのですが、蚊がとても多く、ビデオ＆写真を撮っている間、１０ヶ所以上刺されてしまいました。イルカと遊ぶより、その後に行った、鳥が放し飼いになっているところのほうが、えさをあげたりして楽しかったみたいです。

２歳の娘と参加しました。
滞在時間が短かったので添乗員さんに最終の便で帰りたいとお願いしてみたら
快諾頂け終日楽しむことができました。
２歳の娘と行動するのは何かと時間がかかるのでとても嬉しい配慮でした。
イルカとの握手は大興奮でしたし、亀のエサやりも楽しそうでした。
小さな公園もあるのでとても楽しめました。

孫娘大感激

私達夫婦と娘、孫女子と4人で参加しました。孫はイルカに触ったり、キスしたり、一緒に泳いだりした事が、特別な体験で感激していました。私はイルカと泳ぐのがもうちょっと長ければと思いましたが、貴重な体験でした。

I had read many reviews of the Sea Life park before committing. I wasn't sorry we pulled the trigger. I am an avid animal person and have spent a lot of money for various encounters at much larger establishments. Is it Sea World? No. Is it a big park? No. However, it was well organized, the staff were very friendly, educational and accommodating. And, what a beautiful setting!! There was construction going on which closed things in a bit, but the park was well maintained and while enclosures were on the smaller side, their animals were clearly loved and very stimulated and happy in comparission to other encounters I've experienced. You got to be part of animal training with the trainers which was interesting. The aviary was great fun and the touch pool was a nice interactive feature. Penguins--adorable! Only negatives: Food was so-so (but adequate), pictures are expensive at $18 per photo with no total package option. I was a little disappointed that the encounters were very geared towards photo poses for photo sales. Would prefer a less orchestrated experience with natural photos. We booked our package experience through Veltra and purchased the Royal dolphin, sea lion and stingray adventure at a good discount. Veltra was awesome and SO accommodating. My husband and I took our 9 year old niece. She loved every minute and thus far, it has been her favorite part of our vacation. The Royal swim was worth the extra money in my opinion. The sea lion encounter was fun and educational. The sting ray encounter was my least favorite (I've had better ray encounters), but still a good first snorkel opportunity for our niece. We really enjoyed our time at the park and appreciate the efforts of the trainers and staff who clearly love and care for their animals like family. Through their efforts to educate they teach others to love them as well. Keep up the great work!

子供が大喜び

子供がイルカとキスしたく、このツアーに参加しました。
ホノルルからバスで一時間ほど、離れたところにシーライフパークにあります。
ホノルルと異なる風景で、バスタイムも楽しめました。
肝心のイルカとキスや、タッチなども楽しくでき、間近にイルカを見れたことも
感動いっぱいです。
カメラなど一切持たせないため、カメラマンに撮影した貰いましたが、
1枚18ドルで、データ（CD）がほしいと思うと、さらに1枚18ドルかかります。
家族四人でデーターだけでも、300ドル近く請求されました。
あまり高くて、驚き、半分くらい減らしてお願いしたら、
すごく嫌な顔にされて、不愉快でした。

We saw humpback whales and a group of bottle nose dolphins! We stuck with the dolphins for an hour or so, and at times they were very close to the boat. The snorkeling part was fun too. Would highly recommend--just make sure to take your motion sickness medication.

absolutely brilliant day - managed to see sea turtles, Dolphins and Humpback Whales.
the staff were brilliant and explained the equipment (as i had never snorkled before) efficiently so there was no confusion and helped point out things to see. the photographs that i purchased at the end of the day were beautiful.

イルカの触り心地！

1月末に2歳の子供と11時の回に参加してきました。
レンタカーで送迎無しなので、10時ごろ着いて、エントランスの受付でバウチャーを見せると参加者を証明するバンドをつけてくれます。
11時までにパーク奥にあるお土産屋さんのカウンターでロッカーの鍵を買い、誓約書を書いて、水着に着替えなければならず、結構バタバタなので、お気をつけください。
他の家族も含めて子供はプールの大きさ、高さ、雰囲気にビックリして、泣き出したり、嫌がったりしましたね。そこは抱っこして、イルカで気をそらしながら、入りました。
イルカと同じプールに入って写真を3パターン撮って、背中やお腹、ヒレなどたくさん、触る事が出来きました。子供にも良い経験になって、満足です。
奥では一緒に泳ぐコースをやっていて、楽しそうでした。もう少し大きくなったら、一緒に泳ぐコースをやってみたいです。

A great activity for all. Captain Mark is very knowledgeable and the staff are very friendly. I've done this tour twice and would recommend to anyone. It's amazing seeing dolphins so close in the wild.
