We cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate the group without prior notice and confirmation. - The vehicles are not allowed to stop at the following locations: Hanauma State Park, Makapuu Beach, Waimanalo Beach, and Lanikai Beach.
- You will not be permitted to rebook or receive a refund should you miss the pick-up time.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.

A. Sightseeing tours are on a set schedule and route, so there is no customization allowed. Also, none of the non-charter sightseeing tours allow any baggage or luggage on board their vehicles, so it would not be a viable option for anyone needing to go to a cruise ship and/or airport.
