We were so disappointed with our Sunset Dinner Cruise this week.
Why oh why, when a company has it just right, do they get greedy and take away the finesse?
Having taken the steak & lobster package last year, we were so ... morelooking forward to repeating the experience - but it failed to live up to expectations.
The singer couldn't sing; we had to queue for our starter (only lettuce plated at the table; the lobster was not prepared, we were provided with lobster crackers and a pick (not what we were expecting, dressed in our best clothes); there was no finger bowl or wet wipe; our steaks were cold and the server came so infrequently we did not get to use two of our drinks vouchers.
Shame on you.

This is a very fun even to do while in Hawaii. Staff was excellent!

The pick up from he hotel was seamless and boarding the cruise ship was quick. Table service was slow but the food was excellent. The sunset and following fireworks was a great experience and I would recommend this adven... moreture

A beautiful night. Great food. Great entertainment. Saw the spectacular fire works and the skyline night lights of Waikiki. Drinks included in the package was a bonus.

The cruise was very well organized and the staff was friendly and fun-loving. My kids and I enjoyed ourselves immensely and plan to make this a continuous part of our trip to the islands.

All 6 of us loved this trip! Lots of fun, great crew, awesome music. Sunset wasn't 1too great as it was a cloudy, rainy day...but that's not your fault and we had a wonderful time anyway. Good drinks, definitely not wat... moreered down!
