Anyone can learn since the board is wider and more stable than a surfboard, making it easier to stand on, and movement mostly comes from paddling instead of catching waves, meaning you can SUP in both the ocean and in rivers! Take a quick SUP lesson then head out on the water to paddle by yourself!
Kayaking Tours & Canoe Paddling
Sea kayaking is the best way to visit the small islets located just off the coast of Oahu, such as Chinaman's Hat or the "Mokes." These kayaks are wider and more stable than watercraft made for river paddling, making them easier to use for beginners, even in tandem—just push off from the beach, get in, and paddle out to your heart's destination! Looking for something different? Try a glass-bottom kayak to get a good look at the local sea life, or paddle a Hawaiian-style outrigger canoe!
Scuba Diving
