We were picked up right on time from the Marriott Waikīkī, and the entire shuttle experience was absolutely top-notch. The shuttle itself was clean, smooth, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing ride.

What really made the experience stand out was Masa’s personal touch. He took the time to learn each of our names and offered outstanding tips and advice that really enriched our visit. It felt like more than just transportation—it was a warm, welcoming experience.

This is our third trips to Hawaii but is the first time to have a chance to see other beautiful beaches in Oahu in addition to the well known Waikiki beach. The hike in the Diamond Head was manageable but the view from t... morehe top was magnificent. With the driver John’s guide, we had the most spectacular experience in Oahu.
