Tour begins with visiting Pearl Harbor Visitors Center, where you'll enjoy the many exhibits and galleries, and viewing a 23-minute documentary film on the history of the attack on Oahu. Board a Navy boat shuttle for a tour of the harbor along battleship row and around the USS Arizona Memorial.
Make your way over to Ford Island and board the Mighty Mo. Explore the decks where General MacArthur accepted Japan’s surrender to end World War II, hear stories of life at sea from knowledgeable guides, and see the many detailed exhibits that showcase the battleship’s powerful history and legacy.
Step aboard the USS Bowfin, known as the Pearl Harbor Avenger, and experience life beneath the ocean during World War II. Explore the narrow passageways, control rooms, and crew quarters, then continue through the museum with exhibits on submarine warfare and memorials honoring lost submariners.
Explore this museum on historic Ford Island, where battle scars from December 7, 1941 remain visible on the hangars. Inside, see rare warplanes, fighter jets, and bombers up close, walk through immersive exhibits, and enjoy the included audio tour that brings aviation history to life for all ages.
Enjoy an exclusive buffet lunch served at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, featuring a rotating menu of local favorites such as Kalua pork, BBQ chicken, or fresh Mahimahi. The meal also includes tossed salad, steamed rice, cookies for dessert, and bottled water or juice to complement your day.
The journey continues to the historic National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl, a historical landmark offering a backdrop of scenic rolling green hills and lush foliage, where we honor the many men and women who served in the Armed Forces.
Wrap up the excursion with a narrated tour of downtown Honolulu. You'll see the state buildings and learn about the Iolani Palace which is the only royal palace on American soil, as well as visit the majestic statue of King Kamehameha, the great Hawaiian warrior-king who united the Islands.
