The sounding of the conch shell announces the procession of the Royal Court of Polynesia, and then head over to see the imu (traditional Hawaiian underground oven) unearthing. Get ready to see how traditional Hawaiian pulled pork (kalua pork) is made from a whole pig!

After the imu ceremony, your dinner will be ready! Enjoy a spread of all-you-can-eat local Hawaiian-style food, including island favorites such as kalua pig (pulled pork), poi, lomi lomi salmon (ceviche), pulehu grilled chicken, island fish, macaroni salad, haupia coconut pudding, and more!

After your delicious luau dinner, embark on a journey through Polynesia through the beauty and magic of music, song, and dance. From the hip-shaking dances of Tahiti, the ever popular Hawaiian hula dance, and even Samoan performances including slap and fire-knife dancing, experience it all!

FAQ
Wear something comfortable. Most ladies wear shorts, slacks, or capri pants with a blouse or a sundress. For men, Khaki shorts or jeans and a Hawaiian Aloha shirt tend to be the attire of choice. You may want to wear flip flops or sandals, since the seating area is on sand.
We suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater with you. After sunset, the air can get slightly chilly sometimes.
