- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
- While children of all ages are welcome, an adult aged 18 or older must also be on the boat.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on board the vessel at all times.
- For safety reasons, cans are preferred for beverages brought onboard. To help preserve the yacht’s interior, guests are asked not to bring red wine.
Other requirements
- For groups of more than 7 guests, select the Group of 7 option first, then add any additional adults, children, or infants individually at checkout. For smaller parties, choose the group size that matches your total number of guests. Maximum capacity is 12 passengers.
- Please complete the online waiver prior to arrival to expedite the check-in process.

- This is a BYOB cruise, and guests are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages to enjoy onboard during their private yacht experience.
- Guests wanting to consume alcohol must show a valid government issued photo I.D.

Because the charcuterie board is prepared in advance by an outside caterer, the following cancellation policy applies:
• If canceled by guest request within 4 business days of the cruise, $56 per guest is non-refundable
• If the captain must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, $56 per guest is non-refundable, but the charcuterie board will still be served dockside at the marina
Paid Transportation Service:
Any cancellations made after 12:00 PM local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a 100% charge of the transportation fee, regardless of the reason, including cancellations due to inclement weather.
