I went to the shuttle at the airport. Asked the people at the desk. How to find Robert’s shuttle . They explained we’re to go . Then shuttle was there on time . Perfect and took us to the hotel. Thank you

The communication was excellant and the driver waited patiently for almost an hour when our late night flight was delayed. So nice to be have him waiting at that hour of the night. We felt safe and cared for.

The operator reached out via text the day before and the day of to confirm the pickup location, making the meetup super smooth. The car was super clean and spacious, making the ride very comfortable. My driver was so fri... moreendly and professional, I felt the Aloha Spirit throughout the ride! I made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare.

The driver was very helpful. We weren't sure of the pick up location and he helped us by calling the company and we were able to tag along after being verified. He went above and beyond.
