Stunning

I was able to get a picture of the whale along with numerous sunset shots. The reception, music, and service was top notch. I would highly recommend this cruise.

Sunset Cruise

Superb night out as a couple!
Reviewed by: Vanessa, 2018/02/06My husband and I elected for the Appetizer Cruise option on the Fireworks night (Friday). The Majestic was a solid, stable boat with seating and standing / inside and outside options. Additional drinks were reasonably priced and the buffet appetizers were tasty. The evening entertainers (two musicians and a Hula dancer) were terrific.
Given that this cruise is only on Fridays I booked it from home before leaving, which also gave us something to look forward to in advance, thiugh later learned that some folks were able to secure a spot a few days before. For the price, thus is MUST! I will forever remember watching the fireworks from the ocean with the backdrop of Waikiki hotels all aglow....

A Taste of Something Different

I had prepared myself for something flashy—bordering on gaudy, even—but what I got was something casual and relaxing, yet still elegant. There were no forced performances or over-the-top dramatizations, just a well-prepared dinner, prompt service and outstanding views. In a word, the whole experience felt genuine. It didn't feel pre-packaged or manufactured. I highly recommend it, especially for a group.

Wonderful Dinner Cruise

The boat is very elegant and has three decks with excellent viewing areas. The large windows are a plus, no matter where you are seated you will get a great view of Waikiki. My favorite part was the lounge area on the second deck, after dinner we enjoyed some cocktails listening to great Hawaiian Jazz music. The transportation was punctual and the staff is very friendly. The dinner buffet is good and there are options for everyone.
I had a really nice time with my friends at the Majestic, I would definitely recommend it for everybody.

Nice Boat and Friendly Staff
Reviewed by: MeSoHappy, 2016/06/28I liked the interior of the boat and the dining room was very elegant. Our photographer took our picture and we started the cruise off with a drink. They have excellent virgin lava flows and coffee! The boat was swaying to the nice jazzy tunes of the singer. I enjoyed the variety of songs and the musician was a talented ukulele and guitar player. Our waiter was attentive and they placed lightly sweetened iced tea and water in carafes at the table. Sodas and juices are complimentary but you have to order them from the waiter. I liked the salad, teriyaki chicken, cut fruit, and the coconut cake. They have an observation deck that is fantastic so be sure to bring your camera. Overall the cruise is a good value for the price and I recommend going especially on Friday nights to see the fireworks!

Wonderful

Beautiful Views
Reviewed by: Dan B, 2015/11/11We were greeted at our hotel by a Cruise rep and his trainee who had a wonderful smile. We were taken to our boat and directed to our seats by a wonderful staff who all greeted us with the traditional "Aloha". The Cruise rep and his trainee (Smiley) cited on our table with tremendous professionalism and friendliness making our cruise very pleasant. The food was perfect for this cruise and everything was brought to our table in perfect order. The floor show was spectacular and it was fun seeing the traditions of dance and music. We started off during daylight and cruised the beautiful skyline of Waikiki Beach and Honolulu in the dark. Everyone had a chance to spend time outside on several different viewing areas. This was a great dinner cruise and we highly recommend it to people of all ages.

Navatek Cruise was Awesome!!!!
Reviewed by: Leanne, 2015/07/20I took my best friend and 14 year old son on this dinner cruise. We arrived early, got good seats. The dinner was delicious, the staff was very friendly and informative, and the view was gorgeous and priceless!! We went on the cruise on Friday evening so we were able to enjoy the fireworks as well as the beautiful ocean, sunset and view of O'ahu from the sea. Everyone definitely must add this to their to do list even if born and raised in Honolulu!!

The Deluxe sunset cruise with window seating is worth the extra dough!

And when you arrive back@ the Harbor, you will be allowed off first. No cramped, uncomfortable seating and no waiting for your meal or to exit off. We're not impatient people but when you have small children and want the views this upgrade is worthy.

The deluxe sunset dinner cruise was wonderful!!!

The investment was worthwhile.The children had front views of the water and full moon. The dinner was good but the beef was the highlight. It was so tender like prime rib! So good!
The fireworks were nice and the entertainment was engaging. The entire staff including the Captain were hospitable and welcoming. It was our second cruise with Navatek but our children's first and it's definitely one of our families' favorite excursions.

Had an amazing time!
Reviewed by: Ms. Ems, 2015/03/13I had an amazing time! Cruise was fun! I've been to many dinner cruises on the island and the Navatek boat is indeed by far the smoothest ride I've ever been. We went during the Nagaoka Festival in Waikiki and the fireworks display was so outstanding, which made it more enjoyable and memorable for us!
The staff at the Ticket Desk were also very friendly. We got there 45-minutes early and Josh was very kind enough to answer the many questions I had while we were waiting. It wasn't their normal schedule that night and Josh was able to share their regular schedule with me, the transportation and check-in procedures, and wait times from boarding to departure.
As for the servers on the boat, they were okay but they could have been better! I would have preferred them to be more energetic and quicker. Our server that night seemed a little too tired and it also took us a while to get the drinks we ordered. Very good food though! The teriyaki garlic chicken was my favorite..yummmm!!!!
The Polynesian entertainment was good but I wish it was longer. They only performed three (3) different dances and that was it. The host and singer was also good, I like that she interact with the audience while singing but I wish she could have sang songs that are more familiar to the audience. I thought the songs were too old to be sung these days.
Something that I never expected though is the dancing at the end of the cruise! We danced the night away and that was so much fun! I loved it! I'm glad I took this trip as I didn't know this is also available at Navatek. I've always thought this to be more intimate, for couples celebrating their anniversaries or honeymooners who want a quiet and romantic moment but this can be for families or group of friends as well.

Amazing Sunset viewing!!

The buffet dinner was very nice, the fish was so fresh and just melted in your mouth, there were also pulled pork, teriyaki chicken, salad, veges and from memory Im sure there was rice. Unfortunately we did not experience the Hawaiian show nor the dessert (as the sunset captivated us for the time until the fireworks viewing!). My daughter (13 yrs old) and I thoroughly enjoyed our sunset dinner cruise.
