Sunset cruise

This is an excellent trip to have All you can eat crab you can eat, which is absolutely true, they kept it coming. The entertainment was interactive with the guests and hilarious to watch and to participate. Plan to do this again.

Fun dinner cruise!
Reviewed by: Kelly and Darren, 2016/04/23This is a wonderful dinner cruise! From the onset, the staff and crew catered to our every need. Our server, Kahleo (sp?) was a doll! We chose the tenderloin and all-you-can-eat crab meal and have to say, it was excellent! The tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the crab was hot and plentiful! Our window seat table was awesome. I'm amazed how the crew can serve so many people a hot, wonderful meal! Fantastic cruise up to Diamond Head ending with a beautiful fireworks display. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ evening! Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a dinner cruise!

A fun time

The only negative was that if you eat different meals, you can't sit together in the same room. The staff did make accommodation and get us together but we never got the steak and lobster that was paid for with the more expensive meal.

Star of Honolulu Sunset Dinner Cruise - A Must!!

We decided to go on this dinner cruise for my wife's birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The food was great...surprising for a huge amount of people. The drinks, entertainment, the vessel, the views all spectacular. And the staff were first rate!!!! I would definitely do this again and quite frankly for the price...it is truly a bargain!!!

Great Cruise! Good food and fun!
Reviewed by: Kelly Rush, 2016/02/20We had a lot of fun on this cruise. Entertainment was excellent. The service was excellent. We went on the fireworks cruise which was very nice. The crab legs were very good. The food was good, but could have been warmer. It may be hard on such a big boat. The only other thing that could have done better is we took the transportation from hotel to the boat and when we got there and started walking the girl leading us never talked to us just talked to another person and we just tried to keep up her so we knew where to go. When we got to boat we followed her on and went on wrong way and were corrected and told to go on another way. We were just following her on. She never turned around and said go on this way or have a good time. It was a little odd. Other than that it was a good time.

Tasty All You Can Eat Crab!
Reviewed by: Hula Girl, 2016/02/18I love dinner cruises and have been on quite a few over the years, so I knew I had to go during this visit to Hawaii. We chose the One Star since we love crab and love AYCE crab even more!
Our waiter was very attentive and made sure to keep our plates full of crab, our glasses filled with drinks and would let us know when the sunset would be.
The show was fun, and the musicians are top notch! Although the weather did not cooperate, I will definitely go back again!

Amazing Experience

Being on board with 1,000 passengers, the waiters and staffs did an amazing job with serving each guest on time. Our waitress was a doll, I believe Larissa is her name. The view of the sunset, and Diamond Head was breath taking. This tour is a must if you want to experience Paradise away from the city.

一番安いクラスでしたが
Reviewed by: Takeshi, 2016/02/15十分楽しかった。元々食事を期待しての参加では無く、ロブスターやヒレ肉は当然無しのバフェでしたが十分食事を楽しめた。５人家族、子供達も全員成人の構成です。
スタッフは一生懸命楽しませてくれたし、男性歌手はまずまずのエンタテイナーです。
たまたまですが、雲の全くない日で海に落ちる夕日は最高。狙ったとおり金曜の晩のヒルトンの花火も盛り上がりました。
毎年訪れるハワイでの１０年ぶりのサンセットディナークルーズでしたが、なかなかバカにしたものではありません。おすすめします。

Romance and Dance

Because I was traveling solo I was the center of focus majority of the evening :) (I didn't mind) The level of participation and energy from everyone in the room was mind blowing. JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!!

From the very beginning when we got picked up from the hotel, welcoming at the cruise ship, dinner, entertainment and fireworks, this is definitely a night that will be forever cherished. The staff was amazingly helpful and attentive especially our table server Rosey, she constantly made sure we had enough crab (purchased steak and all you can eat crab meal) and glasses were filled with drinks. Just AWESOME!!! The music and performers were great as well. At the end of the night we watched fireworks out on the deck. Overall my husband and I had a most memorable evening and recommend if you have not already done so this is one of the a Hawaii activities you don't want to miss!!!

It's always a wonderful experience with Star of Honolulu!

I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Kathleen at the ticket office. She was very nice, friendly, and it seems like she was enjoying her job. Before we boarded, the dancers are always very entertaining, a unique way to welcome their guests (yes, I've been to other dinner cruises and only Star of Honolulu has this great idea).
At the boat, here comes the cheerful and very energetic Freddie, who took us to our table. He didn't realize there were eight (8) of us but he was able to accommodate us right away having our own table by the window! He is the Assistant Floor Manager and I was really impressed with his friendliness and bright personality, he is funny too! The couples that we were with are visitors from Canada, celebrating their Silver Wedding Anniversary. I forgot to mention this special occasion when I made the booking so I told Freddie if there’s a way he can announce it after dinner. Knowing how busy they were, I never expected it to happen but I was extremely happy and grateful that he didn't forget. After the Polynesian entertainment, he immediately pulled my couple family towards the stage to make their dance. All the other couples, honeymooners, anniversary celebrants, followed. It was an honor!! Thank you so much Freddie for that, it was a memory of a lifetime for my family.
I would also like to give credit to Jay, who was our server that night, in fact all the crew members because they know how to take care of their guests, they're fast and attentive! The One Star package is not bad at all, I actually like this better than the Three Star believe it or not and IT'S ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB LEGS!! Yummy! The steak was delicious also, so tender and juicy!
Will definitely cruise with Star of Honolu again and again! True "Aloha" spirit..good impression for those visiting the islands for the first time...greatly satisfied with the services they offer. Thumbs up SOH!!
