- Fold-up wheelchairs are allowed on the bus. The bus is not equipped with a lift.
- Electric scooters are not allowed. - Stroller policy: Guests must purchase an additional child seat if you want to bring a stroller.

WHAT IS ALLOWED: Wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, canes, umbrellas, jackets, sweaters, small wallets, medication, small cameras and camcorders, cell phones, small sealable beverage containers.
BAGGAGE STORAGE is to the right of the Pearl Harbor National Memorial entrance. Fees are $7 per bag and $10 for oversized bags.

- Security Policy: Due to heightened security, all guests boarding the Ford Island Shuttle to the Battleship Missouri Memorial or Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum may be asked to show a valid government-issued photo ID. International visitors, we recommend that you bring your passport.
- Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.

- Snacks and food can be purchased at Pearl Harbor as there is no lunch/breakfast stop en route.
It is recommended to eat before the tour pick-up. - Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time. In such cases, there will be NO refunds. You can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, Visitor's Center and park monuments.
