- Guests must be able to swim if they are planning on entering the water.
- Guests are reminded that swimming in the ocean is a physical activity and good health is recommended for participation.
- No spray sunscreen is allowed on board the boat.
- For safety reasons, no glass containers are allowed on the boat.

- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
- Guests are asked to wear their swimsuits when boarding the boat as there are no changing facilities available once you depart the harbor.

- As this is a BYOB cruise, you are encouraged to bring water, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during your cruise, as well as snacks and other types of food.
- Coolers and ice are not provided, so guests wanting to keep their beverages chilled should put them in a small cooler bag with ice or a chill pack.
- Guests who are prone to seasickness should take a motion sickness preventative one hour prior to departure.
- While Hawaii is known for its warm weather, it can get chilly on the water so a light jacket, sweater, or hoodie is recommended.
