Restrictions
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children 6 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests must be at least 4 ft 6 in (137 cm) to navigate the obstacle course without adult supervision. Children who are at least 6 years old, but below the required height will need to have a participating adult with them at all times.
- Participants must weigh between 60 lbs (27 kg) - 275 lbs (125 kg). All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to zip and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled

- Food and drinks are available at Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii, and cash or credit card will be required for purchases.

- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.

- A limited number of single-day lockers are available for rent at Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii and are located in the center of the park adjacent to the Shower and Changing facilities.
