- Jewelry is NOT permitted when participating in the encounter program.
All items must be removed prior to participating in the program.
Certain exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for items such as wedding rings or
nose piercings that cannot be easily removed. Please notify the Sea Life Park team at check-in.
Toe rings must be removed before any in-water activity.
Sea Life Park staff reserves the right to request the removal of jewelry at any time for safety reasons. - Due to the physical nature of this activity, pregnant women are NOT allowed to participate in this program
- All guests must be in good physical condition. For disabilities, please contact reservations. A questionnaire will be required to be filled out by guest to assess and advise approval to participate in requested program. Despite all our capabilities, there may be some programs that we cannot make reasonably safe or accessible for all guests.
- Children 4 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Other requirements
- It is REQUIRED that you arrive 1-HOUR before the start of your reserved program. If you are late or fail to arrive for check-in you will not be able to participate in the activity and there will be no refunds.
- Each participant is required to wear a life vest during the encounter. Life vests will be provided at check in.
- Hair ties or rubber bands may be used to keep hair away from the face. Please avoid bobby pins or loose clips that may fall into the water.
- Each child 4-12 years old participating in the program must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years old and above) in the water.
- All guests must be able to walk over uneven or sloped surfaces (e.g., concrete walkways) and enter and exit the water via stairs without assistance.

- You can book a maximum of 8.

- For the safety and well-being of the animals, we ask that you only wear biodegradable sunscreen
