Get in Kahala's ocean water lagoon tha is designed to mimic the coastal habitats of bottlenose dolphins. Enjoy a hands-on trainer-led encounter as dolphins jump and flip! You'll see the underwater view of the animals in their element as you swim with a mask to see them swim and play.

Restrictions
- This activity is wheelchair accessible.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
- Dolphin Encounter programs are not for expectant mothers.
- Must have one parent or guardian for each child under the age of 5 in the participating group.
- Must have one parent or guardian for each child less than five years of age in participating group.
- Family Swim program can only accommodate up to 6 guests.
Other requirements
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Participants must be able to follow directions and instructions provided by the guided trainer and other Crew Members and be able to move about freely within the water environment.
- Participants must be comfortable in the water and be able to manage their movements as instructed in and around the animals while wearing required water safety gear.
- Participants must be able to physically move from one location to another by crossing sand, climbing stairs, traversing floating platforms, have mobility between standing and sitting positions, crossing slippery and unlevel surfaces both in and out of the water.
- Participants may not wear any jewelry in the water with live animals.
- Participants can expect to be around large marine mammals as well as other marine animals within the natural environment. Our dolphins have been trained for interactions, but as wild animals, their behavior can still be unpredictable.

- You can book a minimum of 1 and maximum of 1.

- Change of clothes

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
- The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
- This activity may be changed or canceled for your safety, medical issues or comfort.
- All participants who go in the water must wear a flotation device.
- Parking validation available.
- The Kahala pool and jacuzzi are reserved for Kahala Hotel guests only. However, the beach (with the exception of beach chairs and cabanas) is open to the public and everyone is welcome to visit the stores and restaurants while visiting the Kahala Hotel & Resort.
- Dolphin Quest’s photographers will be taking posed and candid photos throughout your program. Your program photos are available for a post-program purchase.

Q. Does Dolphone Quest have a gift shop?
A. Yes, Dolphin Quest Oahu has a gift shop located in the Guest Services area. The gift shop is filled with Dolphin Quest and marine-themed items, includeing plush animals, t-shirts, rash guards, towels, jewelry, ornaments, toys, books, and much more.
Q. Do you offer videos of the program?
A. No, Dolphin Quest Oahu does not offer videos of your programs. Non-participating guests and family members are welcome to film you during your program from the spectator side of the ropes and railings.
Q. Do you provide towles?
A. No. Dolphin Quest does not provide towels. You need to bring your own. However, towels are also available for purchase in the retail area or a gift shop.

• For parties of 7 or more: Any cancellations made after 15:00 local time, 15 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
