Very well organized
Reviewed by: Stacey, 2022/07/23We booked a shuttle to and from the Luau and paid for the Standard Package. This set up was perfect. The shuttle boarding was organized, spotless, and new. Our guide filled us in on expectations of the ride and luau. There were funny stories/laughter/entertainment on the bus. The luau was exceptional, professional, very well organized and laid out. Something for everyone. The dancing/singing was fantastic, everyone could see the open air stage from their seats, food was fantastic and lots of it. Drinks were aplenty, beautiful backstage for pictures either by a professional for purchase or your selfie.
I would absolutely take this again and recommend it to everyone!

Ko Olina Zipline Tour at Coral Crater Adventure Park [Six & Three -Line Courses]
Not great but not terrible.
Reviewed by: Unsatisfied, 2022/07/21So as soon as you get there, it's a little discouraging. It says adventure park, right. Well when you walk back, there are a lot of roosters , chickens and goats on the property. There are benches under an awning where you sit and wait. The instructors did well in gearing us up and taking us out so 5 starts to them. On the course, they should really think of changing out the cushion blood stained mats! LIKE SERIOUSLY! They seemed to have a nice course for the atv's but even the instructor said "not worth it, no power steering"
Our party had people that didn't want to zipline. So we thought adventure park, certainly they'll be something for them to do. We were so wrong! Instead they had to wait for us with the roosters chickens and goats. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Whoever did their website is a genius because they made the park look like something it isn't. Enjoy the pictures I've added, including the selfie with the goat. SMH!

Beautiful setting!
Reviewed by: Mercy, 2022/07/16It was such a beautiful setting much nicer than others I’ve been to. The food was just ok and there was too much pause from the entertainment. They wanted people to spend money at their gift shop and buy a portrait. The band would stop playing during these periods.

それでも今回は一人で参加させていただきました。
コオリナ方面へ移動して、ハーバーから素敵な船に乗船してさど揺れることなく移動して約20分でイルカの群れに遭遇しました。
それからシュノーケリングのポイントに移動してウミガメとの遭遇。
船に戻って一人でしたがお酒やランチで堪能しました。
船長をはじめ数人が日本語を話せたので一人旅の私に気遣っていただきました。
日本人が少ないので仕方ないかもしれませんが、早口の英語の説明はよほどの語学力がないと厳しいと思います。
可能であれば、説明の内容を日本語の和訳でプリントしたものを配布していただけるとありがたかったと思いました。
トータル的には満足したツアーでした。

This luau show itself was low energy and our bus leader was on the over stressed and anxious side. The pre show had all sorts of activities going on that made the experience more enjoyable for anyone with kiddos. The lines for drinks were plentiful and went very well. The buffet food lines seemed to be going in the wrong or opposite direction, as one had to traverse everyone in line with a full plate of food.

Reviewed by: Buckner family , 2022/07/02My overall experience at this resort was that it was a beautiful place to enjoy and experience laughter, family, love and great music. The resort overall was beautiful sensory with singing and luau dancers dancing next to the ocean. There were items that we didn’t like for example the food. The food was cold and very uncomfortable unclean. What I mean by this is that it was more like a buffet before COVID was established., no one was serving our food and we had to serve ourselves, just a recipe for disaster. Our seating arrangements at the luau were very confusing too, we given a guide to seat us, to sit us by a number system arranged on the tables., with the number of people at this luau their so be a better system on how they seat people for a better experience.

ぼったくり。高価な値段に対して価値は無い。
Reviewed by: hawa, 2022/07/01イルカと一緒には泳げません。船の上からイルカが泳いでいるのを眺めるだけ。イルカと泳げると思い参加しただけに残念でなりません。
HPにはイルカウォッチングと記載がありましたが、TOPページに載っているのみで、他のページにはイルカと泳げる様な曖昧な書き方だった為、イルカの近くには行けないけど、見える距離で一緒に泳ぐのかなと思い参加しましたが、船の上から数分イルカを眺めるだけです。
YouTubeにもイルカと泳いでいる動画が未だに載せてあったり、誘導広告のようで、紛らわしいです。
その後のシュノーケルは珊瑚も熱帯魚も全くおらず、何も居ない海で何を見ろと言うのでしょうか？
亀と会えると搭乗員から言われていたのに、亀も居ない。他のお客さんも早々に海から上がりつまらなそうに船でしてました。
唯一滑り台だけが面白かったですが、これで1人２万円の料金は高すぎて割に合わない。今まで色々なツアーに参加しましたが1番満足度が低く、高額でした。
お弁当も美味しくない。オプションで付けられる、これまた高額な写真は絶対に付けない方がいい。自分達で撮った方がよっぽど良い写真ばかりで、魚も亀もイルカとも泳げないので、ただ海に浮いてるだけ、船に座ってるだけの写真です。
こちらのツアー絶対にオススメしません。
客が少なくなり、経営厳しいからなのか、こんなに内容と見合っていない高額な金額設定にしているのではないかとさえ思います。違うツアーにすれば良かったと後悔です。

Exceptional Customer Service and Tons of Dolphins!

The crew ensured everyone stayed safe while in the water which helped us relax knowing they were there if any of us needed a little help. We also loved the Hawaiian traditions included. Highly recommend this tour!

Plus two sea turtles and the big bonus was coming back on the boat was spotted a hammerhead shark!!!! Awesome to see it up close!!! The crew was top notch!!! Couldn’t do enough for you!! A must do in Hawaii…with this company!!! That’s for a great time captain…& the one gentlemen I missed his name (tall thin blonde), Jake, Kai & Marissa!!

コロナ禍の為か閉園時間が早くてちょっと残念な事が、、、。スライダー並んでました。私達の番になった！と着水準備したところ ストップと、、、鎖をかけ始めました^^; あ、、アメリカだなっ。て思った瞬間でした。
