- You will not be permitted to rebook or receive a refund should you miss the check-in time or boat departure. If you are driving, please secure your parking ahead of time and allow enough time to arrive in time for your check-in, 15 minutes prior to departure.
- You will not be permitted to rebook your tour or receive a refund within 72 hours of your check-in for any reason. This includes, but not limited to, missing your flight to Hawaii, being unable to enter Hawaii, issues with the Hawaii Safe Travels Program, illness or other health emergency, etc.

- Bananas are considered BAD LUCK on fishing boats in Hawaii. Please do not bring any bananas on your fishing charter!
- Fish weighing over 100lbs will usually be taken to the market. Fish weighing under 100lbs are eligible to be cut, and in some cases you may take up to half of your catch.
- Parking is available in metered areas around Kewalo Basin for $0.50 per hour. Parking meters accept quarters only. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Due to COVID-19, all guests must follow these policies:
1. Wear a face mask
2. Pass a mandatory health screening at the entrance
3. Practice Social Distancing when possible
4. Provide contact information when booking for contact tracing purposes
