Your shuttle driver will take you to the base of the trailhead, and from there you will enjoy an easy two mile round-trip hike along a paved trail. The view from the top is breathtaking, and you will see the scenic shoreline stretching from the North Shore down to the southeastern tip of Oahu.

A. Diamond Head: The hike is rated easy to moderate with a 1.6mi (2.6km) round-trip hike that gains 560 feet of elevation. The hiking trail can be uneven in some areas, and the last 1/10 of a mile is a steep staircase.
Makapuu Lighthouse: The hike is rated easy to moderate with a 2.0mi (3.2km) round-trip hike that gains 500 feet of elevation. This trail is exposed with little cover and is usually sunny and hot. It can be very windy at the summit.
