Great time, great crew!
Reviewed by: Chris A, 2024/04/27Everything from the transportation from our hotel with our driver/tour guide Kaplan, to our cruise and adventure with Captain Jason and his crew were fantastic! They were knowledgeable about the reef and sandbar, and were clearly passionate about its care. Snorkeling was great, and they took great care of those that couldn't swim well or needed extra help with the equipment. The activities on the sandbar were fun, and the ability to chill on the boat and enjoy the provided snacks & beverages was nice as well. In the way back to our hotel, Kaplan stopped to let us get Malasadas at Leonard's! Highly recommended... 10 out of 10!

Jet Snorkel with Turtles at Electric Beach - Guided Tour with Waikiki Pick-up
VERY COOL TOUR!!
Reviewed by: Luis, 2024/04/24This was such an awesome tour! This was my first time visiting Hawaii and this tour made it so much more special and memorable! I got to see so much marine life. I got to see a lot of sea turtles, fish, starfish, sea urchins, and even a seal lion. Robert and Andrew are amazing tour guides. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely do this tour again when I come back to visit. I highly recommend this tour! You won't be disappointed!
I do recomend you bring a snorkel mask that has a GoPro mount on it so you can have your own videos.

Well-thought out itinerary and extremely acommodating!

- Available bins to store your items once on their boat [useful as a family member nearly dropped their phone overboard within seconds of sitting down]
- Included spam musubi and soft drinks
- PRESCRIPTION/Rx snorkeling gear [lifesaver as contacts are not an option while swimming and this is an amazing option that I never knew existed]
- Charismatic and protective crew [they keep the mood light and ensure you are well taken care of]
What I could change:
- Weather [though out of their control a lil extra sun wouldn't have hurt outside of a potentially bad sunburn]
Would I recommend this to others? Absolutely! I have already shared my positive experience with my extended family.

West Oahu Dolphin Watch & Snorkel Cruise with Lunch, Drinks & Transportation
Everyone was nice and funny!

The boat is great and overall really cool. I brought a 4 and 1 year old. We saw at least 4 sea turtles and they showed us star fish. I will go again.

日本語の対応のスタッフが、たまたまいて対応してくれたので、説明も分かりやすかったです
ヘルメット装着の際は、1度海に潜ってヘルメット被る形になり、後はインストラクターが1人ずつついているので、スクーターも動かしてくれるし、何もやらなくて良かったです。
小さいお子様は少し難しいかもしれません
お魚さんと至近距離で触れ合えて、とても楽しかったです
写真も動画もとってくれて、後で購入する形です
集合場所まで、行きは、ホテルからタクシーで向かったが、帰りがタクシーがつかまらないような場所なので、Uberを呼びました。
周りにレストランやカフェもあるので、お昼も食べれます

No boat ride required and it’s in lagoon which is perfect for my 9 year old son. He gets seasick easily. It’s perfect for beginners. I will definitely recommend.

10/10 experience
Reviewed by: Joseph, 2024/04/11Had an amazing time with Captain Bruce on the Kaneohe sand bar cruise! From the get-go, Jeff, Josiah, and Karen were super kind and welcoming, making sure everyone on board felt at ease. They had snacks and drinks ready for us, which was a nice touch.
One of the highlights for me was definitely swimming with the turtles. It’s not every day you get to do that! And I’ve got to give a special shoutout to Karen. She was a real star, especially with my mom who's a bit uneasy in the water. Karen made sure she felt safe and enjoyed her snorkeling experience. Plus, the way she helped us retrieve my dad's forgotten sunglasses turned into a hilarious moment we all shared.
This trip is a must-do for families looking for a fun and memorable day out on the water. I’m already looking forward to my next trip with them. Absolutely a 10/10 recommendation!

Jet Snorkel with Turtles at Electric Beach - Guided Tour with Waikiki Pick-up
Highly recommended
Reviewed by: DT Fam, 2024/04/11The experience from the shuttle pick up/drop off to guidance and snorkeling are exceptional and amazing. We experienced as it detailed on the booking website.
After booking, I received the picture of the pickup location which is easy to find. Keep your eye to find the shuttle van, he parked across the street when there were 3 coach bus parked in front of the entrance. The van showed up on time and could fit up to 14 people. The van is clean, comfortable seating, and good AC. The driver introduced the Electric Beach and talked about the places.
After dropping off, the driver introduced Jose and Jorge who were the snorkeling guides. They are very friendly and acknowledged. One of my friend did not confident to swim in the ocean, but she trusted Jose and went to the water with us. Jose and Jorge made sure everyone stick together under their guidance. All the gears (snorkeling masks, fins, life jackets, jet machines) were provided. Jorge had his GoPro to record the fun moment and shared to us at the end.
My group loves this experience as many of us had no swimming experience but Jose and Jorge made it easy, fun, and safe.

Fantastic for beginners

Amazing excursion & best crew ever!

Excursion includes a ride to the sandbar with refreshments, crew-led snorkeling, and free time. Was nervous that I wasn't able to swim too well for the snorkeling portion but Jayson was awesome and floated me & three other people through the deep water. Great experience for folks of all ages and backgrounds!

Rain in the morning but still so fun!

Reviewed by: Lara, 2024/01/06I wasn't sure what to expect but it was such a great time. Captain Z is awesome, Casey was knowledgeable and Jaime was a lot of fun to talk to. We were able to see turtles when snorkelling thanks to them telling us where to look. The water activities were fun and I got to Stand Up Paddleboard for a decent amount of time. We were supplied with plenty of snacks and drinks (hot and cold). Overall it was amazing and I would highly recommend.

He really knows how to make you feel at ease while in the water, even for first time or lesser experienced swimmers. The activity itself was very cool. We got to see some interesting animals at the ocean floor, such as sea cucumbers, sea urchins, and even some fish. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of signing up for it, and for such a reasonable price too. Surprisingly the photo’s actually turned out quite well too.

陽気なクルージング！

陽気な音楽ともに楽しいクルージングでした。
日によるかもしれませんが、乗り物酔いに弱い方は酔い止めを飲んで参加した方が良いかもしれません。
イルカも沢山見ることが出来き、大人も子供達も大興奮でした。
投稿者はドルフィンウォッチングやシュノーケリングは初参加でしたが、複数回経験のある友人夫婦は比較的のんびりとしたツアーやシュノーケリングだと言っていました。
3歳の娘も抱えられながら気持ちよさそうに浮いたり、持参した水中箱メガネで楽しそうに海中を眺めていました。
私達が参加した時は日本語を話せる方はみえなかったようですが、親切に接して頂けたので安心しました。

My husband and I loved everything about the experience…friendly, knowledgeable, hands on staff who truly gave each of the participants support and care. This was my first time to snorkel and Captain Robin stayed by my side until I was ready to snorkel without any assistance. There was time to paddle-board and float. It was a wonderful experience and exceeded our expectations.
