This was my second experience. The first time was in November, and this time in January, so the water level was around waist height and there was no sandy beach, but it was still an amazing experience. The first time was a bit cold, and I felt chilly when I got out of the water, but this time the water temperature was a bit higher, and I was able to enjoy myself comfortably.

We took a boat to the point, and the staff's service was truly wonderful. Their desire to make sure we had fun was clearly felt.

My wife was not good at swimming and said she couldn't do the sea turtle watching, but with the support of the staff, she was able to experience snorkeling for the first time in her life and was very happy. We were also able to see sea turtles clearly.

Additionally, when I mentioned it was my second time, they even gave us a souvenir. I already want to go for a third time. As others have commented, it can be cold depending on the timing, but they provided warm drinks, spam onigiri, miso soup, and snacks for free, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves until the end. 他の方のコメントでもありましたが、タイミングによっては寒いですがそれに対する温かい飲み物の用意やスパムおにぎり、味噌汁、お菓子などを無料で用意してくれていて最後まで楽しく過ごせました。

This was a great tour. I’m a little scared of the water. I don’t swim particularly well and I hate putting my head underwater. I wore a life jacket. The hardest part for me was just getting from the steps of the boat under the water and putting my head into the scuba submersible head part of the scooter. Also getting back out. There were people assisting us with everything. What a great experience.! Highly recommended!

So happy we decided to try out scuba scooters! It was an amazing way to get up close and personal with turtles and all kinds of fish. My kids are adventurous and loved every second. I am very claustrophobic and was just fine because each diver had their own helper for the entire time under water. I felt very safe! This really is something you should try! All the staff were professional and super encouraging. We loved this experience!

I had a wonderful time enjoying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and snorkeling in a very beautiful sea! The staff were funny and kind. Although I was a bit anxious because he couldn't swim, they helped us with snorkeling, and we were able to see sleeping sea turtles and fish, which was enjoyable. During the SUP experience, the female captain took some photos for us, and I still look back at them fondly. I would love to participate again at a different time!

The water was very clear and beautiful. We took a boat to the sandbar, and along the way, they explained about sea turtles and heart-shaped coral reefs. Actually this was our first time coming to Oahu.
We were late for our reservation time but they had arranged for a Captain who was very nice and friendly to take us by speed boat to meet the group, the captain even shared some knowledge of green turtles with us, (sorry I'm not good at remembering people's names
The whole adventure was great we had a fun time and the crew was very nice and friendly, even the green boat crew, highly recommend it.

While snorkeling, I experienced a fantastic view with many beautiful fish swimming around the coral. However, the wind is strong on the sea, and during the rainy season, it rains quite a bit, making it very cold. Since you're on the sea, you can't warm up. I wouldn't recommend going on rainy days during the rainy season. If it's a sunny day, I think you can have a wonderful experience.

In the morning, a heavy rainstorm hit Waikiki, and I was anxious about whether the tour would still take place. By the time we arrived at Kaneohe Bay, it was drizzling, but it cleared up by the end of the tour, and I wished it had improved a few hours earlier.

We had about 15 minutes of waiting time after arriving at the port of Kaneohe Bay, but since it was drizzling and there were hardly any covered areas, I regretted not bringing an umbrella as there wasn't much to see.

Before reaching the sandbar, we stopped at a sea turtle spot and were able to see around 10 to 20 sea turtles. That alone was impressive, but during snorkeling, I got to see a few turtles up close. The staff were all very kind, and there were several who could speak Japanese fluently, which made for a very enjoyable time. I definitely want to participate again on a sunny day.

There was one disappointing point... On the way back, we had to ride the bus without changing clothes, and the air conditioning on the bus was very strong. Even though I wrung out my wet swimsuit, it wasn't completely dry, and putting on dry clothes over it made me increasingly wet, to the point where I was shivering from the cold.

サンドバー到着前にウミガメスポットに寄り、10~20匹くらいのウミガメを目撃することが出来ました。それだけでも感動しましたが、シュノーケル時には数匹のウミガメを間近で見ることが出来ました。スタッフも皆さんとても親切でカタコトでは無い日本語を話せるスタッフが複数人いたためとても楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。今度は是非晴れた日に参加したいと思います。
残念な点は1点…
帰りが着替えることなくバスに乗るのですが、バスの冷房が強いことです。水着を着たまま絞ったものの完全ではないため、乾いた服を上から着てもどんどん濡れてしまい唇がガクガク震えるレベルで寒くなりました。

I was grateful for the Japanese staff, but they spoke to me in a casual tone the whole time. You could say it was friendly, but there were moments that felt condescending, which made me uncomfortable. The weather was bad, so I couldn't see the scenery like in the photos, but there were light snacks and other aspects of the service were good.

Our experiences were great. First we had a chance to do the underwater scooter and give food to our loving fishes. Camera man constantly took pictures of us which we received it later through purchasing it. We did not see turtles directly but definitely it was an experience we would be doing again. There were two teams in the boat where one team goes for the underwater scooter and another goes for snorkeling under the guidance of our team. Overall, the pictures made it another unforgettable experience so make sure to purchase the pictures when the guide asks you if you want the pictures or not. It was sent through email so fast and quick.

Everyone who participated in the tour was Japanese. They provided explanations in Japanese on the boat. The bus transfer from the hotel had some troubles, but the tour was absolutely wonderful. The bus driver spoke mainly English, while there was someone on the tour boat who could speak Japanese. It was my first experience with snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding, but I felt safe starting snorkeling from a spot where I could stand. They provided a lesson on how to paddleboard, but it was more difficult than I expected. I'm glad I decided to go for it; it turned out to be a great experience.

For most of our group this was their first time snorkeling. Ryan was so patient, helpful and supportive, and gave great instructions — we highly recommend snorkeling in the Magic Island Lagoon for first timers. And with Ryan’s excellent support, videos of our experience, and patience we all had an awesome time. Be sure to heed the 30 minutes early arrival as we had a difficult time finding them (no sign) but they were near life station 1G which should be communicated in advance. We still got started right on time so it all worked out.
