Great pickup, driver help with our bags even as we were coming across the street. The driver was also very nice. He even made sure we got to the right terminal.
Will continue to use Roberts Trainsportion.

When we arrive, got our bags and went to the pickup area to find the van. Could not find the van so waited for awhile, then called the company, who said they would send someone. When we found the van, we had to put ou... morer own bags in to the van as well as take them off the van, driver did not help. I have always had someone help me. This was not one of Roberts best pickup and I have been using Roberts Transport every time I come to Hawaii. I will continue to use Roberts Transportation because I have had more good experience then bad. I would recommend Roberts transportation to anyone.

A kind and communicative driver provided on-time pick-up and arrival. The fair cost, too, shouldn't be overlooked. Roberts has therefore become my go-to shuttle every time I find myself in Hawaii.
