Keoki was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable funny and service oriented. He truly cares about his guests and make sure they have a great time. The lunch was fantastic. We had the Kalua pork and the garlic shrimp and they were both phenomenal. Great tour and great value for the money.

Great pickup, driver help with our bags even as we were coming across the street. The driver was also very nice. He even made sure we got to the right terminal.
Will continue to use Roberts Trainsportion.

When we arrive, got our bags and went to the pickup area to find the van. Could not find the van so waited for awhile, then called the company, who said they would send someone. When we found the van, we had to put our own bags in to the van as well as take them off the van, driver did not help. I have always had someone help me. This was not one of Roberts best pickup and I have been using Roberts Transport every time I come to Hawaii. I will continue to use Roberts Transportation because I have had more good experience then bad. I would recommend Roberts transportation to anyone.

Upon arrival, there was no sign for Roberts Hawaii at the airport, and I was unsure which exit to go to. I had to ask the airport staff in English; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to find the shuttle bus meeting point. Once I reached the meeting point, the shuttle bus was reassuring and reliable.

到着の際には、空港に、ロバーツハワイの案内が無く、どこの出口に行けばよいのかわからない状況でした。空港職員の方に英語で尋ねないと、送迎バスの集合場所にはたどり着けませんでした。集合場所に行くことができれば、安心できる送迎バスでした。

A kind and communicative driver provided on-time pick-up and arrival. The fair cost, too, shouldn't be overlooked. Roberts has therefore become my go-to shuttle every time I find myself in Hawaii.

I booked a plan with a Japanese guide, but a few days ago I was informed that a Japanese guide could not be arranged. Since my travel plans were falling apart, I joined a one-day tour with an English guide, but of course, I couldn't catch the native explanations. To be honest, the morning sightseeing was not great. The views at various spots were nice, but since I had a child with me, they seemed very bored. I think there are better options for a tour than this one.

I also had a bit of trouble getting the tickets (QR code) at PCC, as this plan requires you to exchange them for tickets on-site. It might be good for those who can speak English without any issues. The final show at PCC is definitely worth seeing. It was very moving. Next time, I think I want to join a tour that only includes the show.

日本人ガイド有プランを予約しましたが、数日前に日本人ガイドの手配ができなくなったと…。旅行プランが崩れてしまうので、英語ガイドでの一日周遊コースに参加しましたが、もちろんネイティブの説明は聞き取れず…午前中の観光は正直いまいちでした。回る所々での景色はよかったですが、子連れだったので、こどもはとても退屈そうでした。周遊はあえてこのツアーじゃなくてもいいかなと思います。
PCCでもチケット(QRコード)を得るのに少し苦労しました(このプランでは現地でチケットに変える必要があります)。英語が問題なく話せる方にはいいかもしれません。PCCでの最後のショーは見る価値あります。とても感動しました。次はショーだけ見るツアーにしたいなと思いました。

A great tour to get you a day at Pearl Harbor alongside history of Waikiki!

This tour wrapped up in a perfect way with a trip to Pearl Harbor, lots of history, and a stop at the punchbowl was ideal for our family.

Lots of history detailed all throughout the park, giving you immense history on the Pearl Harbor events.

The driver helped me with lifting and lowering my heavy suitcase, which was a great help. After arriving at Terminal 1, I will head to Terminal 2.

Since we are traveling to Hawaii as a couple on a private trip, we always rely on your services for transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. Even though we hardly speak any English, if we just wait at the designated spot, we are picked up and everything goes smoothly.

Please arrive earlier than the scheduled time, and the driver only spoke English but was friendly. Since we were the only passengers, it seemed like a private arrangement. I plan to use this service again next time.

There was a charity walk in Waikiki, and there were some road closures, but you arrived earlier than the pickup time. We arrived at the airport smoothly as well. I will use your service again.

My experience was just okay.It was very hard navigating and trying to find the pickup location. Probably will not use them again.

I was given the wrong pick up time on my return trip to the airport. That was unfortunate, but what was worse, was the response. On calling Roberts, I was told that refunding was my problem, and I would need to pursue it personally with Veltra.Fortunately, Veltra was quite polite and prompt, and they took care of the problem.

It was an honor and a privilege to experience the tour of Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona, and USS Missouri. Much of the other areas seen were just site seeing. Honolulu was fine but I would like to have seen less of Honolulu and more of Pearl Harbor.

I went to the shuttle at the airport. Asked the people at the desk. How to find Robert’s shuttle . They explained we’re to go . Then shuttle was there on time . Perfect and took us to the hotel. Thank you

The communication was excellant and the driver waited patiently for almost an hour when our late night flight was delayed. So nice to be have him waiting at that hour of the night. We felt safe and cared for.

Friendly host greeted us at the baggage claim. Driver was enthusiastic, friendly and funny.

Short and sweet while you get a preset ticket to Arizona which is awesome.

The main grounds of the park have so many different areas to check out, the day is certainly filled with information of all that happened that day!

I use this every year when staying in Hawaii. Since my children are still small, it's very convenient and helpful to go directly from the hotel.

Upon arriving in Hawaii, I always use Roberts Hawaii 🌈 for transportation to the hotel. I've seen various options online like buses and Uber recently, but in the end, I always choose Roberts Hawaii. It's a matter of familiarity and comfort.
