Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2008/05/03My wife and I had a great time. She is an experienced rider, but I was a novice. We both had a great deal of fun. Our guide, Michael, gave us a tour on the way out and back - we saw dolphins and watched the surfers. He also gave us a close-up view of one one of the reefs in the high surf conditions. It was awesome! The waverunner experience was really great. Though it seems that 30 minutes isn't a lot of time, let me assure you that we were more than ready to come in when the time was up. If you have never ridden in the ocean or in moderate surf conditions, be aware that it does take a lot of effort. You will feel it the next day (ok, we're in our 40's). We'll do it again when we come back!

Just in time!
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2008/05/03The Limo arrived on time, and we were treated to a brand-new H3 stretch! The driver was courteous and helpful, and he made my wife and I feel comfortable. We got on the expressway, and the traffic started to back up. There had been a accident, and the delay would have made us miss our plane. Fortunately, the driver was able to get off the expressway and get around the accident. We made it to the airport with time to spare! I was so thankfull we had a driver!! there were three people who missed our flight because they were stalled in the traffic. This was worth every cent!

A great way to arrive

Arrival Made Easy
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2008/04/26We were in an airline-induced stupor getting off of the plane after the 9.5 hour flight. As directed, we called Platinum as soon as we retreived our bags. In approximately 3 minutes, the longest Lincoln Navigator I've ever seen pulled up, and the driver energetically loaded our bags and helped us into the limo. A ten-passenger stretch is a little overkill for my wife and I, but we certainly enjoyed the ride to the hotel. The driver even took our picture. I'm soooo happy that we didn't have to drive ourselves, as the trafic and one-way streets would have just aggravated our arrival. I'm glad we have the return trip to the airport booked with Platinum as well!

Relaxing drive into Waikiki
Reviewed by: Celina, 2008/04/23The entire booking process for Platinum Limosines was quite simple. One reccomendation is for them to arrange pick up at a specific baggage carousel and have the names of the people they are waiting for on a sign. My husband and I walked around the Hololulu airport unsure where our car would be or even what it would look like. We tried to phone the number as listed on our itinerary but it did not work. So we asked an airport employee to assist us and they were able to phone the driver. Once we were in the stretch limosine and on our way it was very relaxing and the driver was extremely friendly. He was respectful enough to roll up the driver shade so my husband and I could have our privacy. One concern in the car was that the champagne/wine glasses were dirty and there was empty bottles in the cooler. It would've been nice to have the option to have some wine but at the very least clean glasses. Another thing- remember to get change so you can tip your driver. We unfortunately didn't h

Limo Ride

trip for 9

We were picked up on time at the Airport and transported to our cruise ship efficiently , and in an upgraded vehicle. This really was a nice, comfortable and upscale way to start our vacation. One of the reasons I booked this for our group (9 family members from various areas of Canada) was that with so many people and so much luggage I did not want to make last minute arrangements and the cruise ship was asking 35/head to transport us to the ship which when you add that up (315.00) we were far better off with the $140.00 charge for the black excursion trip, and we went in style (plus a well deserved tip for the driver).
I would use this service again and indeed I tried to on the way back to the airport, but they were fully booked, so I would suggest you book well in advance to be sure.

ride to HNL-airport
Reviewed by: Jim, 2008/02/05The only item I wanted to address was that I am consistently told to meet the car on the non-valet side of the hotel, however, the driver is always waiting on the curb at the valet area- seems strange.
The roof was leaking in the car, didn`t affect our ride as there were only two of us in the car. I also book a sedan and usually receive a limo, seems like a waste of space and gas unless it is all that is available.

wrong limo

We ordered the Lincoln Navigator since we had 7 people plus luggage, and the company sent the stretch, but after placing a phone call, another stretch was sent. Not what we wanted, but they did make up for it. Both limos were in good shape.

Limo Service
Reviewed by: Jim, 2007/06/06The time one can save once you land by using Platinum Limo is priceless versus a shuttle that makes numerous stops. I arrived at the hotel, in Waikiki Beach very quickly and the driver was so nice.
If anyone is looking for an afforadable, quick way to get to Waikiki Beach, Platinum Limo is the way to go.
